veryday thoughtfulness in tidying up thoroughly after the install. Matt was also kind enough to reinstall an unrelated roofing tile dislodged by a wayward possum the night before the install. All good, much appreciated.

Customer service non existent and everyone needs to know.
Purchased a fire place and had it installed. Fireplace is smoking and is effecting our health. Eureka arranged repair and parts from Hawkesbury Heating but heard nothing and it's been 5 weeks. Keen to sell but definitely no after service. Go elsewhere. I posted review and Hawkesbury Heating came and did the repairs as Eureka requested. Hawkesbury Heating were annoyed that I wrote this review and asked me to take it down since they did the work. So I did. nufacturers recommendations, so I don't feel that your comments are particularly fair - if our service was non existent you wouldn't have that brand new fireplace sitting in your lounge room.

hy our house is filling up with smoke (which they have witnessed and I have photos as proof). To add, when you are so compassionate? My disabled son has been breathing smoke in who has asthma as well. If you had any customer service skills, you would have been sympathetic to our situation after paying $5000 for a fireplace that smokes our house out. Question is where do I start? First of all excellent customer service at the shop they were very helpful. Most of all the installer Matt Lowe and his fantastic team were very professional kind and really helpful is every aspect, answered every question and we’re near and tidy with the install.

From the very begining the service and advice we recieved from Hawkesbury Heating was absolutely wonderful. Thank you David Tooma! The installation by Steve Stuut was excellent. Steve is a perfectionist and the fireplace is better than we could have imagined. I am thrilled
I bought a wood heater on Sunday. It was installed on Tuesday..... which I think was a lucky break. But there you are...it happened! Quite honestly, I am blown away by the range of heaters, the service, the personalised customer care. Nothing was too much trouble....their recommended installer was brilliant. They even helped me locate a good deal on firewood.
It's a no-brainer... they are wonderful and you will not be disappointed. I would recommend them to my mother. Only the best for her.
I keep going and looking at the fireplace.... I am so happy.

Perfect Service
I was looking around at designing an outdoor kitchen for a newly renovated deck. After searching around ans seeing numerous options starting around 12K spoke to David at Hawkesbury Heating. Supplied want I wanted for about six. The advice was fantastic, service great. They delivered before their estimated date. One item was on backorder they delivered it without cost.If you are looking for heating and barbecue appliances do not go any further.
