Fantastic service based on TRUST
I have dealt with Hesta for 22 years and Hesta never failed. Customer service to the MAX. It is very uplifting in times of need when you reach to a company you know they are here for you. We can’t thank HESTA enough for the outstanding support and help. Anytime of the night I can check on the ups and downs of the investments. I am extremely satisfied to have my money in good hands . If your with hesta change now
Instead of saying we will receive our own money within 5 days.. Why don't your be true to your customers and tell them to wait 2 weeks.. I've been trying to call and emailed no response back. Stop playing with people's lives and be true to what you say. I'm not even sure if you have my correct bank details as I can't get through. Very poor

There for me, when I need them.
I have been with Hesta since 1990. A super fund with super service. They even returned a positive result for me during the GFC! I love the way they handled the Income Stream for me. Excellent staff and excellent website.

Just not good enough!
Both my wife and I applied to our respective super funds on first day the ATO would allow us. We were told that once approved, we would receive our funds from our super company within 5 days. I got mine on 27th April. My wife is still waiting. She received a letter on yesterday from Hesta dated 27th April, which statied her funds had been credited to her nominated bank account. So here we are on 7th May and she has received nothing and to rub salt in to the wound, she has been on hold for over 2 hours waiting to speak to someone. Poor, very poor Hesta!

Long delays with Covid 19 payments
Hi All
I would like for all people through this Super fund having issues with receiving covid 19 payments after conformation from Hesta via SMS and email to check with them the bank account details they have. I was approved 9 days ago and rang this morning, I found out they had the wrong BSB number for my NAB account. I now have to wait for them to track it down and repay into the correct account. They recieved account information from tax office which I know is correct, so how did they get it so wrong.

Withholding COVID early release from ALL members!!
I’ve been with HESTA for 17 years (as long as I’ve been a Nurse) and I will now be changing funds over this disgusting abuse of power! Not one member has received their early release and some are now waiting 10 plus working days with still no money. Instead of doing the right thing and paying its members their OWN money they are lying to us saying “security” checks need to be done which is a load of baloney!! While we are putting our lives and health on the line and that of our families HESTA is more worried about keeping our money than helping...Read more

Do you really care Hesta?
8 business days has passed and still no money in my bank account. So this is how Hesta show that it cares???? My sister in law received her Ciovid 19 Early release in 3 business days from another super Co and she only submitted her application this Monday.

Very bad experience
Hi! Me and my friends apply the hesta on the same day, and they receive it already..why i didn't receive it yet? It's so unfair...ive already inquired in your company and advice me again to wait for another 10days..ohhh i am so helpless now, i hav no money now for food..pls give me consideration and understanding on my plea to release the fund as soon as possible so i can survive here...thank you

We sent an SMS to your mobile yesterday to confirm that your COVID-19 early release of super payment was finalised and processed to your nominated bank account yesterday morning. Very bad experience with a customer service representative re : covid19 early release
In relation to an enquiry regarding my early release of covid19 super money I was talked down to by a representative and at one point raised her voice at me . I'm now at day 8 and Hesta keeps telling everyone with the same enquiry it is 5 days processing and up to 3 days for the bank . This is not at all accurate when in most cases you are placing security checks and not getting in touch with member to perform any check and delaying the money your members are heavily relying on!!!!
I'm extremely frustrated and very first with Hesta and will be transferring my balance when all this is done to another find that care about their members .

Hesta's member profile does not allow visibility of the number of units a member has. While a member's account estimate could change based on the markets, the number of units do not fluctuate and is critical information to a member. I find it very concerning as to why Hesta is hiding this information from its members. Since this came to my attention last month, I have raised my concerns with Hesta and have received no valid explanation to date. If other super funds are open and transparent, why not you Hesta? How do I trust that you are doing the right thing?
