I, looking at purchasing Hisense bottom mount 435 stainless steel, has anyone bought one and give me any heads up on it ?

I just purchased one it was delivered yesterday & unfortunately it is not working. The engine runs but it is not cooling the fridge or freezer. So today I face the battle of calling the retailer and asking for a refund. I don't want if fixed or replaced as I have no confidence in this brand.
I purchased one august 2013 and have been very happy with it, keeps food nice and cold and the freezer is nice and big
We've had ours for almost a year and absolutely love it. Not problems, great service (they replaced the door as there was a tiny scratch on it). Amazing capacity, looks great in our kitchen and 100% recommend this to any anyone. We also bought the 5 year replacement warranty for peace of mind as we were skeptical, but honestly we absolutely love our fridge - at we got it a really good price at the time. Just like any brand, you get problems. That's life, but I must admit it does everything it's supposed to do and no problems or glitches. Thanks Hisense. I love my fridge!
