There is a computer behind that front screen and wires from that to the motherboard at the back. So hard to tell what would cause that, perhaps start with the door computer. If it's under warranty take advantage of it. If not you'll have to call a Fridge Tech. Good Luck!
Hi Kingy, the issue will be you freezer Reed switch or the magnet on the door is not lining up against the Reed switch, best way to test is to get a magnet and put our against the bottom center, and see if lights will turn off.

My fridge is only 6 months old and has worked perfectly until yesterday. Now it seems to have a delay on everything. Open the door and light takes 5 seconds to come on. When you use water or ice dispenser it takes 5 seconds or more for water or ice to come out and 5 or more seconds to stop after you remove glass. What is the problem? I have turned it off for 10 minutes on many occasions to try to reset.

Hi Wan,
I have not had my fridge for long and am not having this experience. May I suggest that you contact the salesperson first and make your first enquiry and if you are not satisfied with the response then contact the customer support center. Good luck.
Hello Wan,
If your fridge is only 6 months old it stands to reason its under warranty,
Go back to the person you bought if from and complain, or ring the service department on the back of your operational (how to use card).
I hope you have your receipt, however, if you do not the sales department where you bought it from will have a copy of purchase.
Dont let anyone bluff you.........Good luck
The fridge was repaired yesterday with a new computer installed. Now the ice maker dosent work. I will be ringing agIn tomorrow. Thankyou.

Why is my refrigerator not cold enough even though it is on the highest setting?
1 answer
Hi Eulina
If you have set your fridge for 3deg and freezer on -15deg as recommended by Hisense then either you have a faulty thermostat sensor or else your fridge is low on refrigerant gas. Either way you will probably require a serviceman.

What is your temperature of a hisense fridge meant to be set at?
3 answers
according to our front panel we have ours set at 5c for the fridge and -19c for the freezer, it has been like that since day one 17 months ago, hope that helps
We have had our fridge for 14 months and we set fridge on 6 deg and freezer on minus 14. These temps are perfect for us and it also saves a little on power at these temperatures.
We have ours on 5 in winter and 4 in summer (there are 5 of us though so our fridge is always pretty full). Freezer always set at -18.

Hi, we are looking to get a hisense 567lt fridge but are a bit worried about the fact its built in china and some of the reviews are a bit negative,,,,, what do you guys think?
2 answers
Hi, well I can only comment on my experience, our fridge is the only Hisense product we have however I wouldn't hesitate to purchase other appliances or electronics from this brand based off our experience with our fridge. I didn't even know the fridge was build in china. I am not really sure if that denotes the quality or not. We've had our replacement fridge for 1 year and no problems, the stainless steel on the doors has remained in good condition. I've had to have a play around with temperature settings as I want food to be cold but not freezing and I found having the fridge set at 4 degrees makes some food freeze if it is stored at the back on the fridge so I currently have it on 5 degrees. If you are a big family I'd recommend getting the bigger version however the size we have allows for plenty of room for 2 people, there is always left over space. Having the stainless steel doors in nice however you do have to wipe down often so may be a pain with children however I'd imagine that is a problem with most stainless steel appliances.
Thank you but we had to get a Westinghouse as we wanted the door to open from right to left and most except 4 other brands open from left to right,,,:)
