My daughters Holden Viva Auto 2006 has a P0722 Fault which appears to the be a faulty Output shaft speed (OSS) Sensor. I have purchased one from repco but after hours of searching i cannot locate this sensor. I have scanned the internet and had no luck. Amazingly there doesnt even seem to be a workshop manual for this car either. Pulling what little amount of hair i have left out. Hoping someone can show me (photo) where the sensor is located on the car. Thanks in advance

I have a 2008 Holden Viva, I have had my car "scanned" and the error code suggests it is the transmission range sensor circuit if US. questions...where is this sensor located on my Viva, inside or out of the transmission?......next question.Aprox how much does a new sensor cost?.......Can this sensor be DIY replaced here at home by a clue son [ $$ is nonexistent ] or is it a job for an auto mechanic in a shop?

Hi, i have holden viva wagon 2006 .it starts normal when engine is cool but not start when engine gets warm and just cranks and need couple of hours to cool down and starts again. What can be problem? Thanks

I've just bought a 2007 Holden Viva and I'm wondering if they actually have spark plugs or is the coil box the same thing? I'm having trouble when idling but only seems to happen when the engine had warmed up. Had it to a mechanic who replaced the coil box but made no difference
I have a transmission problem. Just had the shift solenoids replaced and the issue is still there. The vehicle will clunk into gear, especially 3rd to 4th. Engine light comes on and the car goes into limp mode. 2006 viva wagon. anybody else had this problem? Help Rob.

Only had this car couple of months, and engine has just started to make a tapping sound, I know this could be a few things like low oil, tappits or valve's etc, but wondering how to work out which is the problem?? ( obviously oil is the easiest to eliminate)
Also, What type of oil does it use ??
