Very nice and practical Civic Sedan

    published

Trade my little Honda city in for this larger Civic Sedan. I picked bright blue, the unique back light and front design, make new Civic looks much modern and energetic, most friends are very impressed by the blue color. Inside has lots of space to fit 4 or 5 people. Feel it's much longer and bigger thank old Civic, more like a family car now. Got special with 2 years free services... fuel usage similar with my Honda city before which is very surprise to me, overall, it's very practical car, reliable, modern, best for that price range to me.

A disappointing car, I'll never buy one again.

Handling is good, acceleration is poor, the suspension is good, it handles well but it's difficult to maintain a steady speed, there is a lack of features, no glove box light, side mirrors don't fold in automatically. The seating is too low I get lots of complaints from friend that say it's difficult to get out of the car. The bluetooth is poorly positioned and the display is confusing and not user friendly, no CD player. I find it to be disappointment and I would not recommend buying this car. I do recommend buying a Toyota Corolla.

    Blue Civic 2017

Excellent performance and handling. Even in heavy rain, the drive is superb. Really like the digital odometer. Probably the only small concern for me is how the interactive system works when I plug my phone. Used in mostly inner city and for a 1800cc, the fuel economy is really good.

    Great overall car

    published

Owned this car for a couple months now and so far no mechanical problems. It is economical and has a good mileage. There is one thing that is annoying however. First time setup for the navigation system was a pain in the back and the UI was not exactly user friendly. It did not feature inbuilt navigation and had to rely on apple carplay.

    Reliable car and economical

    published

Very reliable car. No problem so far. Quiet and cruise control works well.
Good fuel tank, about 43 litres. Good fuel economy 7 litre for 100km.
Good back boot for storage, this model offers much better boot space compared to previous models.
Came with free 5 year roadside assist . Saved at least $400 there.

Love it: Keyless entry is super convenient, surprisingly roomy, very quiet, push to start ignition is very sleek, excellent power, love the automatic windscreen wipers and temp control.
Cons: This car needs to be serviced twice a year to keep the manufacturers warranty, that adds up quickly even with capped price servicing.

    Perfect first car!

    published

Purchased a Honda Civic VTi model as a first car and it does the job for the price (~23k). Can't ask for a better value sedan at the price point. Very comfortable interior, zippy but economical engine and the added touch of Apple CarPlay inside is perfect! Is a great small sedan that fits in small parking spots around the city but large enough to carry all your goods. The exterior looks sleek and the contours of the car look very good. Highly recommend.

    Fantastic, sports like, car

    published

Driving Honda Civic is only a pleasure. Easy to drive, fast on take off and very quiet. Camera in the passenger side mirror is the best improvement I experienced for many years.
Interior is a huge improvement to what I experienced in previous Honda Civic MK9. Not only very roomy, but very nice, modern and advanced. With touch screen and that additional side camera this Honda Civic cannot do wrong for the price it's offered.
Very reliable and economic. 7 lt of petrol per 100 km on average that's not too bad for a sedan.

    Amazing car

    published

I have a Honda Civic manual,
We drove that from north to south along the East coast of Australia. Amazing comfort, that was the first pro which made us buys this car.
Very economical, and we love the comfort of driving. I am impressed by the stability and especially when making turns.
On the downside, I would believe that it is suitable to city driving but still good for interstate drives (with a cruise control).
