Beautiful Car
New Honda civic car does have the style and safety features you most needed. One of the features I don't like is the lane keeping feature; it not perfect might be few reason, sensing does not reading the lines properly or lines on the road are not clear apart from this i loving it. And also we had a beautiful experience with Westside Honda. A special thank you note to Nate for your exceptional customer service and the wealth of knowledge made our decisions more easier. I have no hesitation to recommend Nate ad Westside Honda team for a stress free experience.

LOVE LOVE LOVE
I drive my car everywhere I can. I love my Honda Civic EXT. The car picks up the speed very fast. The backside camera helps me a lot when I park my car and right side camera also helps me with parking and when I need to turn right. I also love Honda service so I am very happy with my purchase. I take my car to the service for regular maintenance; like oil or tire changes. I did take it once for shampoo and wax but that was my choice. Honda did a great job. This car has everything I want, sunroof, touch screen, separate trunk. I love my car.

Onboard Tech in really disappointing
I took delivery of my Honda Civic VTi-LX on Friday 28 September 2018 – at this point I would say that whilst the car has some awesome sensors, there are some things that I am quite disappointed about. I was previously driving a Mazda 3 Astina 2014 model and quite frankly the tech in that car was better than the 2018 Honda!
• Automatic High Beam – going back to having to use my high beam again has certainly been a nuisance and a step backwards
• Onboard Maps – the maps provided from Garmin are very out of date. The home I am living in was...Read more

Great car.. has every mod con
9000 kms in 3 months and the car goes like a dream... only one negative thing is it has loud direct injectors, drives me batty but apparently I’m the only one that notices them...the interior is gorgeous and the boot is huge.. it’s the biggest small car I’ve driven ... recommend this model to everyone looking for luxury on a shoestring budget

Pretty good, but for the electronics
Used this car to travel to a remote area of Central Australia. Averaged 5.6 litres per 100km over 4000km. (Best 5.3, worst 6.1. Advertised as 6.0, so better than claimed) Handled some fairly rough dirt roads well, and was comfortable. We found the clock reset itself a couple of times inaccurately and with running lights on, as recommended in remote areas, very difficult to see the instruments. Finding how to adjust the various instruments and controls was not intuitive. For all that, it's a good little car and didn't disappoint.

Great product
I use this car every day great car has more space than it seems. It's my every day car . Its services regularly. Has not had any issues. The only problem I would have preferred a manual but it only came in auto. But it's still a great car would recommend it

Good car but could be better
Honda is known for quality and conform and this doesn't fail in that perspective but there are few improvements can be made.
I have owned this car for over a year now but I have few things to say about the car. The car has been good in general, seats are comfortable and right. Digital display is also good.
Let's talk about a few things that I have encountered and need attention. At least 2 times, sensors turned off themselves and while reversing I scratched the car. That's on two different occasions. The infotainment system is good, Apple CarPlay is good but again it lags a few times.
Overall, great car.

An awesome driving experience
I just bought a VTI-S and it is a great car that handles well and has lots of options that are smart which makes it a nicer driving experience. For example, the keyless ignition and the parking brake is a button. Overall an excellent car that is a lovely colour. I would buy again (and actually hubby is really considering it).

Perfect Economical Car
We bought two Honda Civics a 2016 sedan and a 2017 hatch from Honda Mornington and the cars have been perfect. The car runs well and is economical run and maintain.
I like a sporty styling of the hatch version, however both cars have been without fault so far. It is spacious and a comfortable drive.

Good Value for Money and great looking car
Overall a pretty good car, never had any issue with it so far. The only 2 things I found is the noise depending on the road surface, and the safety features which don't seem to be as good as some of the competition. Apart from that great looking car and I would buy one again if I had the choice.

A disappointing car, I'll never buy one again.
Handling is good, acceleration is poor, the suspension is good, it handles well but it's difficult to maintain a steady speed, there is a lack of features, no glove box light, side mirrors don't fold in automatically. The seating is too low I get lots of complaints from friend that say it's difficult to get out of the car. The bluetooth is poorly positioned and the display is confusing and not user friendly, no CD player. I find it to be disappointment and I would not recommend buying this car. I do recommend buying a Toyota Corolla.

Blue Civic 2017
Excellent performance and handling. Even in heavy rain, the drive is superb. Really like the digital odometer. Probably the only small concern for me is how the interactive system works when I plug my phone. Used in mostly inner city and for a 1800cc, the fuel economy is really good.

Excellent Service
Also Honda Blacktown Service Department gave us an excellent service for our Civic RS for 10,000 km and 20,000 km Service. Compare to Lander Toyota Service I have received for my Toyota Camry Hybrid Luxury Car, this is absolute magic. Lander Toyota should learn from Alto Honda Blacktown as how to treat customers. What a difference. Thanks Honda

2017 civic type r
i went down to seaford to test drive this amazing looking car, i like the fact it’s styling is out there. Nothing i would change on it besides the conti tyres. i’ve never been a fan.
So let me tell you this car is amazing, But there are comfort sacrifices which is now why i have a golf R.
Honestly i point and shoot this thing into corners like no other car i’ve owned. Seats are very race inspired which have little adjustment and that’s the only reason i traded it.
Mind you i do have a bad back.
Besides that i cannot fault the car i would fu...Read more

A decently good looking vehicle?
Chose to be a second owner of a Honda Civic RS 2017 (11,000 KM with 4 years of warranty left) which saved me more than $10,000. The car looks and smells like new. I really love the design both inside/outside, also love the efficiency 6L/100km daily. But to be honest, there is nothing else that i love about this car.
Average noise on the road.
Decent quality 450W audio quality.
Get the job done with a laggy touch screen.
"I can see things " in reverse and side camera.
Start feeling some pain in the back after 3 hours of driving ( I'm 2...Read more

Bang for your buck!!
The new honda civic is truly a unique vehicle. At first I did not like the styling features at all, but gradually the grew on me. When I was in the market looking for a new car, the civic stood out above the rest of its competitors. Standard features such as digital speedometer, multimedia system, and reverse cam all stood out for me. Although I went with thr base model, I am happy with my purchase as the top of the range was almost 15k more. The civic is very roomy and has a very elegant layout making it nice and simple to drive. I used to own...Read more
a new corolla before this and I am very happy with this purchase. Fuel consumption is great for a 1.8L. Overall, I would recommend this vehicle to anyone who is in the market for a hatchback as it offers alot more than its competitors such as mazda, toyota and hyundai.Similar opinion? Service every 6000km NO WAY
Service light came on at 6500km and 13500km
If you don’t service within 1000km you have warranty issues
Unacceptable
Other family car has 15k intervals
Dealership says due to driving. I say normal driver, normal roads, normal conditions
Honda fan for 30 years. No more
Do You want to buy a car that needs its oil and full service every 6000km

Near flawless, a well-made and thoughtful car
I have owned my MY17 Civic for 14 months now. I cannot recommend it enough and am totally satisfied with my purchase. The car in question is a VTi-LX with the 1.5L turbo engine.
The economy is good for a medium sized car. We usually get around ~5.5L/100km on highway and ~8.5L/100km in town. We are reasonably spirited drivers. When I have tried to be economical, I can get it down to <5L/100km on highway.
The interior is just lovely. I really can't believe what you get for the money. I was tossing up between the Civic and the Mazda3 and wa...Read more
s totally sold on the Civic interior. I am quite tall and can sit comfortably in the back. The fit and finish is great. It is solid and well-made- there are no flimsy pieces of trim to shatter the illusion. The leather is soft and feels of good quality. The styling is very smart, in my mind. My only issue is that the swept roofline makes accessing infant capsules in the back a hassle. The boot is very large- we were able to fit a stroller, a highchair, a port-a-cot, beach gear and towels, two small suitcases, a few deliveroo bags of gear, an eski, two pillows and a bag of shoes on a recent trip. It's like tetris, but it can be done. The ride quality is very smooth, and I have found the car to be whisper quiet. The noise depends on the road surface obviously, and it's not a Rolls Royce, but seriously, it's good. Wind noise is not a problem until ~110kmh and even then is fine.Similar opinion? Has anyone experienced problems with the airconditioning not functioning properly in 2016 Honda Civic 1.5 litre turbo model?
Mine can take up to 15 minutes before cold air flows on a hot day and then cuts out again if I turn the fan down or change airflow direction.
Similarly in winter, the a/c doesn't effectively demise the front windscreen as the cold air doesn't cut in for ages.
