hello, has anyone had any experience of the 18mm (red attachments) Accessory Swivel Connector?? Is it worth purchasing?
Hi there, thank you for your enquiry. The 18mm swivel connector is worth purchasing if you find the hose kinks or if you struggle to wind the hose up. The swivel connector will go between the hose and...
Read more gun and will allow you to water at any angle without affecting the hose. Kind Regards, The Hoselink Teamhi there, I have recently purchased 2 of the 7 function Metal spray Guns. All the functions work great except for the Flush function. On both spray guns the Flush function seems to spray water all over the place with no real water direction.... is this normal? Both guns do the same? What would you use the Flush setting for?
Hi there, thank you for your enquiry. The Flush Function is a bit different to what you may have seen on other brands. It produces an untidy, messy looking spray because its function is to clean all t...
Read morehe outlet holes in the gun. It can be used to dump a lot of water at low pressure without displacing any dirt or soil, in which case you would hold it only a couple of inches above the soil – you would never stand back and spray with this function (because as you have already found out, the spray pattern is unpredictable). Therefore every so often you should select the flush function and hold the gun out just to clean the spray holes. Kind Regards, The Hoselink Team

Why should the two fittings connecting the retractable hose and the spray handheld fitting be leaking? I have only had the hose less than a year!

Read moreue with either the Swivel Connector or the Accessory Connector - depends how you have you system set up. However if the connectors are coming off the hose it could be that these need re-fitting as they can become loose over time. If it is the hose connector that has come away from the hose, you may have also lost the white split ring at the same time which is a vital piece to the system. Will email you with all the details to get this problem resolved. Kind Regards The Hoselink TeamHi I purchased a 30m hose reel on 14/2/11 . I purchased a hoselink garden hose and reel just less than a year ago and in general been extremely happy with it. However, I now have the situation where the hose appears to have wound onto the reel incorrectly and I now have a jam that prevents me fully extending or retracting the hose. There doesn't appear to be any easy way to access the hose on the reel to fix it, Any ideas?
Sounds complicated. The only sugestion I have is to contact Hoselink direct. I found them to be very helpful.
I have found that my excitement in retracting hose that I still need to look at it and ensure that it retracts properly To me it is like god treat it like that and no problems occur well done hoselink!
