The only time the Owner will answer a review is if its positive. Don't want to know You if a product is faulty,two months waiting for a reply.there communication Sucks .

Phone order person could not have tried harder and I had no prior experience in parts required so the wrong parts were supplied.One simple question by Huntsman would have ensured the correct parts were supplied.
The quality of the parts is yet to be proven or dis-proven and they have a very large and comprehensive range.
Except that they do not supply the bearing buddies to fit the hubs that they supplied and they were fully aware the hubs were for a boat trailer.
I suspect the manager Lisa is a owner or shareholder and will not part with money even after she has proven herself wrong.She is a vindictive know all and hates being stood up to.I regret I do not have a forum to say what I really think.

Hunstman Products should be your first and last stop for trailer, off road and caravan supplies. Have been buying odd bits and pieces from them for a few years for my various little projects. Always helpful and know their parts and can help with ideas and suggestions. I have even bought the wrong item and the exchange was easy and stress free.

Don't use these guys they are dishonest. This is the second set of tyres I have purchased. These were out of alignment like the first set. Dan promised to have them fixed, but he lied and did not. BEWARE. Poor customer service.

Good bunch of blokes good service easy to find. cheap with great products quick service order on line and got them fitted at the store. The factory is very clean too.

Ordered parts through eBay. Was charged postage, even though they were being picked up. Parts were incorrect. Manager decided they were correct and treated me like an idiot. Attempted to resolve issues with manager. Got nowhere.

The team at Hunstman are just fantastic. Had a few issues with delivery (not their fault) and the literally bent over backwards to help fix everything.

Bought two caravan rims with tyres, and their after sales backup cannot be faulted. Even replied late at night after business hours.

I got a mint set of tyres fitted for half the cost of my regular tyre fitter. Played Daytona with my son and got free coffee while I waited! They had an awesome range to choose from and everyone from my 4wd club only come to these guys!

Last week went to Huntsman Products from Geelong and purchased a complete set of 4 wheel disc brake assembly along with new custom axles,springs and Alko braking system. their knowledge of what i needed was so helpful. I needed to go back for adjustment and found these guy's very helpful and went beyond what i needed . I'm sold on this company.

I purchased 4 steel rims for my Nissan Navara About 2 years ago. 3 of the 4 rims proved to be faulty as the have cracked. Twice in 2 years I have been let down in remote areas by poor quality rims from Huntsman. This should not happen with Steel rims. Was told the items were out of warranty. Bad Luck !!!
I would never buy anything from this company again.

Had complete failure of leaf spring package. Centre pin sheered. Axle dislodged and caused damage. Lucky I was going slow. Could’ve killed someone. Tyre shredded. Leafs damaged, caravan damaged. Sent them many polite emails requesting warranty. Answer I was given. We can sell you the parts you need to get you going again. They don’t stand by there products. Beware. These guys product are inferior and worst of all they leave you in the learch. If you care for the safety of others. Steer clear.
