Was looking forward to receiving my ring but unfortunately sent me wrong ring size twice. They decided it was too difficult for them because they made an executive decision to refund me when all I wanted was my ring! Never again.

After the specific item I was looking to purchase was not available, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I got an alternative item in time to give to my partner for his birthday. The item arrived on time and was just perfect. Turned out the alternative was better than the original item I was wanting to purchase. So smiles all round!

My MK watch arrived within 2 days of being shipped. It was in great condition and was packaged very well, great price too.

Items are of quite decent quality, price is good, packaging and service is on point and the sizing choices for rings are good. I also like the varying gemstones used - great range. Having smaller fingers and a love of rings and especialy stacking them, I love buying from ICE as the variety and choice is awesome! After running around stores looking for a particular Marc Jacobs watch, we ordered on line with Ice Online. Price was much less than the stores. We ordered late on Wednesday night and much to our surprise and delight, the watch arrived on Friday (for a birthday on Friday). We did pay for express delivery, but did not expect it this quick. Product was received in perfect condition. Thoroughly pleased with this purchase.

I was dubious at first as the prices were so cheap. I was curious about the site that continued to receive fairly good reviews. My first order I paid with PayPal (like I do with most things), I figured if something went wrong I had the added protection of receiving my money back.

I bought a watch and within 2 days it was delivered. I work in the online industry and can fully understand the loopholes within online business and one or 2 bad review could just be technical fault.

watch is beautiful. if i have any problems with watch it comes with 2 years warranty as an online retailer i recommend everyone to go ahead without worrying

Ordered a pair of cuff links that were half price and 'in-stock'. A week later when sold out they contact me to say 'Sorry we just attempted to pull you order and the item you purchased is no longer in stock'. They then proceeded to try to get me to purchase other full price items without offering any discount before begrudgingly giving me my money back. Needless to say won't be shopping there again.

I was a little apprehensive buying jewellery online, but decided to go ahead after reading the reviews here and Googling the company history as they had what I wanted and at good prices. I ordered late on a Sunday, chose regular post and my 2 beautifully boxed items arrived on Tuesday! One item was exactly as shown but the second had a small defect. I rang customer service, dropped the defective item in the post for an exchange on Wednsday, and the replacement arrived Friday! How good is that?

I purchased a Pistache bracelet/cuff and was never provided with a tracking number. I waited and waited and waited. Then I rang and whilst the girl was lovely she could not give me a tracking number nor could she tell me whether it had been posted. The phone cut out and apparently she could ring me back. So I emailed asking for a tracking number. I was offered a refund. This was on 24 December. I tried to get away from work to buy a new present. But like most people I had work commitments and was unable together anything by 6.00pm. The annoying part was I really wanted the item to give as a gift. I would never recommend ice online.

I live in rural Western Australia and made my purchase online late Tuesday evening. I received a knock on my front door at 11:00am this Friday morning to my gorgeous package from ICE. So often you pay premium for express postage only to be disappointed with the anything BUT speedy delivery - certainly not in this case. Not only was my purchase delivered in record time but it was beautifully boxed and accompanied with the necessary warranty and an unexpected but very welcome guarantee card from ICE.

Earrings look nothing like picture and one looked different from other . Very disappointed in product and only noticed colour difference in mirror .

Have bought several things from them n they have been delivered in beautiful boxes & quite promptly but don't like the Courier who gave us their time frame but always came later & very Grumpy. A smile will be Better, without us as customers they might not be workin as Couriers.
