I bought a birthday present for my daughter almost 4 weeks ago it still has not arrived so has not come in time for her birthday and when i asked them when it would be sent they said it was sent 3 weeks so it should be with me soon.
Not Happy
Next time I'll stick with Kogan.

I do not recall signing up for this crowd, but I keep getting their emails. When I click Unsunscribe, it tells me that I have suddessfully unsubscribed, but the emails are back the next day.

Usually very good but this time terrible

Recently bought a voucher for a 2 night stay in any hotel in the world for $63. The details said there was a booking fee typically Aust$26-98 for a booking. When I tried to book this for 2 nights in A Sydney hotel I was quoted US$177-234 on top of my voucher cost. I queried this and got a bit of a fob off by Ikoala - told my voucher was a big saving on the rack price - I checked and I could get much cheaper prices at many online booking sites. Decided to cut my losses and book anyway - about 10 days after the original quote. I then got told my quote for $177 was no longer valid and it was now US$211. This deal is s scam! Ikoala I am not happy

7 week and counting waiting for the delivery, long waiting time on the phone to get a nice should be there soon. Not other explanation.
Paypal should take some actions.

I ordered sheets which were advertised as hotel quality two months ago. They took weeks to arrive and after the first wash, which was not a hot wash, they shrunk and won't fit our queen size bed. Also the sheets were definitely not hotel quality.
After emailing and calling ikOala we were advised to return the sheets at our expense to Sydney and they would need to inspect them and 'maybe' replace them. We are not prepared to be out of pocket so will not do this but we will definitely never buy from them again.

Dirty second hand item sold

I ordered a toddler car seat tray. It took for ever to arrive. When it finally did the packaging for the tray was stapled together, torn,crumpled and really, really dirty. It makes me think it's a second hand item that somebody has stapled up into old packaging and sold. I just feel like throwing it in the rubbish bin. Is this like ebay where people sell their old crap amongst new stuff?

I've bought items on 3 occasions from this site. The singlets I ordered for my boys, as stated in another complaint, had correct size but we're very small. The toy pots and pans I bought were cheap and nasty. I could have purchased a better set from the reject shop.
Am still waiting for the 3 Pandora bracelets I ordered as gifts.(4 and a half weeks)
But seeing the quality of other products I'm guessing they won't even be worth gifting.

Customer service is very important to this company. Items do take a while to arrive but this is made clear before purchase. They also have a phone number which is rare for a lot of online businesses and they answer calls quickly

Clothing products & delivery were as advertised

My orders in 2014 Jan and Apr arrived within the advised time frames and the products were as they appeared online. The tassle bikini is beautiful and does not look or feel cheap. The transparent raincoat also functioned as it should, unfortunately did not fit my body as nicely as I hoped but that's always the risk of buying clothing products online.

My order no. Is 100168475.. I ordered NutriBullet about a month ago and haven't received it yet .... E mailed them 3 times and haven't received a single response ... I left my no. 3 times, no one has called back ... It does seems like joke... Be aware and won't recommend this to anyone else ... it was first online terrible experience

I ordered a rocking horse on the 2/10/14 and it arrived today the 13/10. I am in love with the horse, as I have two granddaughters aged 3 I will need to buy another one. Totally impressed, just need one a different colour if possible, thanks heaps

We have just been told the order hasn't left China yet and we can expect to wait 3-5 weeks for it to arrive. I am not impressed as we need the hose now for our new lawn. Also told we cannot cancel the order as they are not the suppliers. I am wondering what will happen if the goods are faulty, who do we send them back to? I will not deal with them again they are too risky.

I ordered a gopro ($500) and it said it was prompt delivery which is 4 weeks they told me after I ordered. I was moving out in 2 months. After 4 weeks I contacted them they promised it was coming. 3 weeks later I contacted them they said it was on express delivery and would make it on time refusing to refund. So it never came they do not reply to my emails I can not contact them by phone. I now live in New Zealand and do not no what to do. I'm pretty sure if I did that I would be arrested!
I liked their lies they really had me going.

Was apprehensive about ordering from Ikoala after reading reviews but thought 'what the heck' and ordered this item anyway as it was a freebie. I only had to pay for postage. Delivery time specifies 3-5 weeks and I received it today in my letterbox after 4 weeks because it is sent from China so I am impressed.
I like the baby blue colour and that it's just as described on the website.

Today I intended to purchase an item that I reckoned met my approval for quality and cost but on the spur of the moment decided to check on the reliability of the company in respect of on time delivery/customer service/(both email and landline connections) and overall customer responses/I am absolutely gobsmacked by the negative feedback and wonder why the company does not take steps to improve their all round service/Have decided to defer my purchase and will check to see if the feedback has showed any sign of improvement/I am delighted to have read this site before committing to a purchase

Customer service poor however in their defense they did fulfill the order albeit much later than initially stated with the current restrictions in place re sourcing from overseas you have to cut them slack

Has anyone bought goods from ikOala. I placed an order on Thursday and after giving them all my information the sent saying they couldn't process the order until I sent Proof of identity and asked for a copy of my drivers licence, this I refused to give. Have asked why the need it and can get no reply. Wish I'd looked at their site first as I would never had placed the order. Has anyone else been asked for proof of identity by this company

Why do you need my photo ID to be able to process my order you have been supplied with my visa card number name address and any other requirements that you should need. I am a bit nervous of supplying any further info as you then have enough info to be able to support identity theft.
