Annoying as hell, unsolicited emails by the thousands.
I did not subscribe to this company, ever, I suspect an unscrupulous employment site sold my details. Currently receive at least 3 emails every day, tried to use their unsubscribe link but it only lets you enter in upper case?? Have told all my contacts to avoid like the plague, then I see on this review site that nobody has a good word to say about them. Every time they send me an email I call and leave an abusive message....
Stop with the unsolicited junk emails, 3 a day? Really people?

Horrendous
I just popped onto the internet to see if anyone else has had trouble with them. If I had seen the reviews I wouldn't have gone with them because I am having the same problem. I placed my order and then after a week or so I called up to find the arrival date. Another call later and a message to their website and I still couldn't get any contact. Only when I made a claim a couple weeks later on PayPal did I hear back within a couple hours of making the claim. Of course they just asked me to be patient. All I want is some reasonable customer service. They can't deliver that so why should they expect me to be patient?

Not happy
Bought 3 tablets for our children for Christmas, they didn't arrive for months & we didn't have them for Christmas. Was told we would get a refund as soon as we sent them back, we have done this & no refund. Have emailed, phoned their "helpline" & left a message on their website - no response. Next stop consumer affairs.
Total lack of service, unable to get refund or in contact with them.

Bad experience
I made a purchase and received not what I ordered. I let ikoala know but never did I end up getting what I actually purchased. i am not happy. I will not be buying anything from here again. I hope they read this and decide to rectify the problem. will keep you informed.

There is no live after living social and scoopon
Yet another total rip off site. Nice sales pitch for rubbish products. The product I bought was nothing like the stone coated pots and pans they described. More like white paint splattered over a dirt cheap aluminium pan. and absolutely not non-stick as they described. Total rubbish. Lodged a complained twice, only to have the case closed immediately without any correspondence. Can't contact these people, and they will take no responsibility what so ever to justify their conduct. Stay away
Product was nothing like it was described, just cheap [censored word removed] for which any money would have been too much.

I shop a fair amount online and when I stumbled across ikoala I thought I'd give it ago. Although I did read mixed reviews they did have deals that were very appealing to me and so I wanted to know for myself. er. For $89 I didn't expect it to be as good as it is. Works fine was well packaged and my daughter now plays on it endlessly. Overall I have no hesitation recommending ikoala to onlibe shoppers. I haven't had any service issues and we're all pretty happy with our items. Yes I would shop with ikoala again and trust if I had a problem they would help me achieve the right resolution. recently i purchased a few items from ikoala - i ordered a necklace and earrings set, a pair of yoga pants and a couple of kitchen tools. I got my order yesterday and just wanted to thank ikoala for the speedy delivery and for offering these quality items for really cheap prices. I am happy with what i have received and will continue to shop online with ikoala. Very dissapointed.!
My husband purchased a set of stone chef pans for my Xmas gift. The pan handles have never screwed in properly, and the surface of the pans are now starting to fade (only how many weeks after xmas.....). Not to mention that the package contained NO instruction manual at all. I have tried more than twice to contact the customer service team & wow - no one is home!! Wish my hubby looked at this website before buying these........ I will be heading to Consumer Affairs also if they don't reply to me soon....see you all there.

I ordered a mattress off these people six weeks ago and surprise, surprise, it hasn't arrived. After blaming Xmas and New Year am still waiting. Going to Consumer Affairs and the Media so other people can be aware. I work in a large call centre, so am going to post it on the notice board for people to avoid buying from ikOala. Shameful.

This one gives those decent "daily bargain" sites a bad name!
Purchased goods over a month ago. Pants arrived a couple of days ago and not just smaller than the size listed (although marked correctly) but I would say at least 6 (yes, no typo here, 6) sizes smaller. There's more chance of them fitting my broom than my body. No opportunity on the site to leave feedback to warn others of this sizing discrepancy either. Buyer Beware
Placed my order nearly 5 months ago they sent me the wrong item and said they would send out a replacement. Waited another two months and still not received called Customer service again over two weeks ago and they promised to call me back this never happened. that account was not linked to any of the current accounts. I do not understand why you could not simply take down the new credit card number and credit that account instead of going through all of this over such a simple matter. If you did not take so long to rectify this problem the account would have still been open. Overcharged
I ordered a $12 item including delivery and was charged $180 to my card . Not sure if there is a problem but there phones are overloaded and they are not returning emails. I have had to take the matter to my bank and maybe eventually the police. Buyer Beware

A total joke
I ordered my products nearly a month ago and still haven't received them. I have rung and emailed them everyday past the delivery deadline and Ikoala gave me excuse after excuse which turned into total lies. Go elsewhere people, this online company is a complete waste of time and money.
Don't deliver purchased good on time, if at all.

You take a chance ordering with iKoala as they use companies that are VERY unreliable, their delivery is really a 50/50 chance of receipt...sometimes you get the product you ordered within a great time frame..sometimes in a bad time frame and the Problem is sometimes you wait and wait and never receive the order at all. I had called Ikoala a couple of times after making the purchase to speak to your customer service reps just to get ETA as I hadn't received any tracking notification emails but I received the goods within the timeframe specified upon purchase and I also received a call from the delivery company twice, firstly to check my availability for delivery and secondly to check I was home an hour before delivery time. They arrived and all went off without a hitch and the product was great quality. So my experience was awesome, I will definitely be using Ikoala again!

The worst timing, still haven't gotten any of the things I ordered. I'm beginning to believe this is some sort of fishy, also due to looking at all the other reviews that obviously no one has received any of their products either!! Things sent from England and Hong Kong got here faster than just from Northern Territory to New South ... Terrible!!!

Why do you need my photo ID to be able to process my order you have been supplied with my visa card number name address and any other requirements that you should need. I am a bit nervous of supplying any further info as you then have enough info to be able to support identity theft.
