The iron supplements are best absorbed empty stomach so recommended to be taken about 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals. For best results they should be taken with fruits rich in vitamin C for eg: oranges. Hope this helps.

Just wondering if it would make a difference if you give this on a full or empty stomach? Thanks

I'm 17 and I'm 5. I wanted to know if incremen tonic would work out because I've ordered it as few suggested me about that. But still worried if its only for small children. Can someone please suggest me if I should go for this medicine or not? If not, then please suggest me a better one that would work because I really want a medicine and its so depressing to be this short. I'll appreciate your concert. Thanks❤

I am not a medical professional. If you have concerns regarding your child's health then product review is not the place to ask your questions. Go and see your doctor.
Hi! Sorry you are going thru this. I can understand your worries. I don't really know if Incremin will work or not but I would say it's definitely worth giving a try. I have a skinny baby girl too but she is growing fine in her growth chart.. I believe she looks skinny because she is very tall girl. I would say check with your maternal health nurse or GP if you are worried. Hope things work out well for you.
See your doctor if your child isn't eating. In the meantime try Sustagen Kid Essentials (or Pediasure, Ensure etc - these are available from most chemists) to make sure he's getting all his nutrients. It's suitable as a sole source of nutrition for children between ages 1-10yrs.

my 2 and 3 years old sons are fussy eater both always refused to eat anything. Pleas suggest a good supplement.
1 answer
Definitely Incremin. Good source of iron and other vitamins, and mostly your kids will grow out of being fussy (coming from someone who ate nothing but baked beans from age 2-3)
