Given them enough chances, they just keep getting worse
Been using these guys for the past 3 years. The problems I've had with guys through out this time have forced me to finally give up on them and simply use my local bank to send money. Every single time I try sending money - they delay the processing. Keep asking for my bank statements and also the transaction details. I've provided these many times. Every time Im travelling, I have to call back into Aus to go through the same drama. Every time.
