Level 2 program in May 2013, was a relevant development program for any coach wanting to grow their capabilities as an executive coach and leadership developer. The program is rich in contact with plenty of opportunity to practice. It has a preparation stage consisting mainly of reading, a three-day workshop and then post-workshop activities to embed learning. The program focuses on you as a coach, your style and your preferences, and how they are reflected in your coaching practice. I left the program a much more capable coach.
Stimulating, challenging learning environment. Practical and relevant for the development of executive coaches working with leaders.
