Excellent with my claim

I was surprised at the ease with which I was able to make a claim for my husband's funeral insurance. The staff were very compassionate and helpful. I posted the application on the Friday and by the following Wednesday the money was in my account! They even sent flowers to my home. I am very satisfied with their service.

Excellent Insurance company

I have been with Insuranceline for years and have found them to be excellent.



I personally have made three claims with them for family members who have passed away. Each time the staff have been helpful and respectful, showing the utmost empathy.
They have even sent flowers to the house !!
The claims have been paid with 48 hours each time... no questions asked.

I have also had friends who have made a claim and they have received the same service as myself.

I am surprised to read the other comments made on this site. Maybe Insuranceline need to look at their sales technique, as all the comments relate to this. However the insurance side of this company and the staff associated with the claims department are brilliant.

They have many numbers offering quotes I have many blocked. NONE of them don't listen to the word No. They will not give up argh over 60 of their numbers on block over 3 years..irritated to hell.

Pushy sales people

Their sales people are VERY pushy! To top it off, I think this sales person called me from a pub.

I said that I wasn’t interested also immediately, yet they insisted on trying to talk to me. I had to say NO about 6 times before he got the message.

If that is what their sales people are like, I hate to think the type of customer service they provide!! Based on my experience with their sales team I will never use them, even if they are the cheapest insurer.

I was having a nap before I started work as I work late nights, and was awoken by these people basically deciding for me that I get the insurance. Even though I said I was not interested, the woman told me they will call me back regardless to discuss everything further. From that point onwards they called me non stop every single day until I eventually picked up to tell them I was NOT interested, the man refused to listen to me when I said I decided to go with another company. He insisted to discuss premiums with me and would not listen. Absolutely and most definitely the most ignorant and annoying people I've ever had a conversation with.

Not to mention, when I told them I wanted to go with another company after they harassed me non stop, they very rudely asked me what company I picked. Mind your own f*cking business and leave me alone!

They have been calling none stop for weeks, i have never contacted insurance line and they had information that was years old. If i don't call you, don't call me!!! I will now never be interested in anything you have to offer as my super fund covers everything and more than you ever could.

With Insurance Line you may as well be dead

My grandmother, 84, has been called hundreds of times over the past year by Insurance Line representatives. Even with five (5) funeral insurance packages from Insurance Line they continue to call, preying on her alzheimers and poor hearing, to drain every last cent from her bank account.
Don't trust anything any representative of Insurance Line says.
Avoid Insurance Line like a plague.

Hi Marie.no way they will not refund you.but they will gladly cancel it and keep your money.l started a new policy recently so it would not increase every year.So l lost all the money l had put into my policy over the last 10 years.

I was a member for 7 years and changed my policy to a no increase premium.So it does not go up each year.BUT they started me a new policy and I lost all of the money I had put into the previous account. Also is it right that they cancel your policy after you turn 69.
I had a friend who was 79 and they cancelled his policy because he had only been a member for 2 years and they said he was too old to be a member and returned 3 payments to him.
