Horrible to set up, very buggy to use
The unit was clunky to set up, it fails to charge properly, and once it's on the dock it powers down making it impossible to connect without manually turning on the device.
A waste of money
Purchased in April 2021.

Needs tweeking
We purchased the Braava Jet M6 after being very pleased with our iroomba 980 Vacuum and being very pleased with the product.
Positives : simple to set up, use and fill the tank. A simple press of the button and off it goes cleaning our tiles in a systematic and thorough manner. It is also far quieter than the vaccuum robot so can be put on at night.
Negatives: Despite problem solving using all recommended solutions we cannot get it to clean without leaving marks on our floor - very noticeable ones. We use the recommended cleaner, have tried ...Read more
different levels of spraying, cleaned the wheels etc and still there are track marks over the floor. The robot comes with one reusable wet mopping pad - if you are using this over a large space it will get filthy quickly, this then spreads more dirt around the house. We have ordered more so we can replace the pad mid- clean. It’s price - we paid over 1000$ at Harvey Norman. Since then they have dropped the price to 919$ It’s good for a “quick clean” after vacuuming; however I am not sure it is reliable enough to be the sole wet floor clean.4 comments
Have tried that too! Will continue to try and tweek it and hope to get a better result but generally happy with the fact I don’t need to mop floors :)

That's good to hear, I am happy you no longer have to mop too.
Personally I am only using a cap full of solution and half the spray level. However I have terracotta style tiles which I think makes a difference. Are you'res shinny?... Read more

I can see you have tried troubleshooting in relation to the amount of solution, but have you tried adjusting the spray level? This may help in floor an pad getting to wet. Kind regards iRobot
