Customer service means help people if the representatives are in rush they need to stay home. People call them to get help not to listen and directed to the web site.

Was never happy with half channels not working, but now since they implemented new policy to pay I am even hating it more. WHAT do we have to pay for ? crap channel connection ?
I can easily save those $100 and now I am watching all live channels on Youtube, all channels have their official youtube live, so why waste $100 on Jadoo.

Product advertised that all shows including video on demand and catch up will be available. But the only shows on demand are from the 90s or very old. You can only watch live TV.

Don't waste your money on this crap box. Most of the channels don't work and the rest that do work (occasionally) would freeze too often. N now they are asking for annual subscription. What a joke, subscription for the channels that don't work at all.

I bought a Jadoo4 two years back with a promise of no annual fee or renewal but recently started watching their scrolling note to pay $100 to keep the subscription on which is against their product guarantee. I feel that I made a mistake to purchase a crap of Pakistan based scammers. Never recommend to anyone. Thanks

It is too late for me but we had a Jaadoo TV4 box few few months. It never was great and barely worked. It has only couple of functional channels that are also available for free online. However, here is the real issue: We started to see a message that we now have to pay $100 for box to work. It was a free box and bought with this promise. I called the support number for Australia and fake American accent desi guy told me that company has recently changed its policy and now we have to pay. These jokers have picked a random number $100 to pay and do not realise that I actually work in legal profession. I intend to make a formal complain to police for scam and also to ACCC! Please save your money and time and DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

worst thing ever. money making scheme. dodgy. they want a yearly subscription for already paid box. is this day light robbery or what. n subscription for what? for something that already you can play on YouTube. i wish i could give minus

I wish I could rate Jadoo below zero.. Jadoo Tv should be banned for ripping people off. pathetic service. worst IPT device I have ever bought. dont buy this product and definitely don't try to call their support as they won't do anything to solve ur issue

Good product and service. Have been using it for more than 5 years. Yesterday, my jaadu 5 stopped working for first time displaying error “box id” not found. I contacted tech support and guy was brilliant and walked me thru to factory reset process (15 minutes) and It started working again now.

Really Had bad experience with them I recommend everybody not to waste their money. They had channels which removed without any prior notice and when I call them they give no justification. My box stopped working when it was under warranty instead of changing they were trying to fix it and now after 3 months of trying they finally say it is a hardware problem but the good thing is that warranty has expired now and they refused to change the box

Never ever buy this piece of *hit.Waste of money.It little bit works first when we bought and after couple of months stop working.Ring tech support,no answer.How can I get refund?

Do not buy this Jadoo from Australia. Its not working in Australia. I can't belive they r still selling on line. There is no VOD WORKING NO MOVIES ALSO NO NEWS CHANNELS. RANG CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SAID ITS ONLY IN AUSTRALIA BECAUSE THEY LOST IT YOU TUBE RIGHT FOR AUSTRALIA

I bought jadoo 5s in Dec 2022. My experience is it is is still primitive service. Some time it will work for few days and than all of sudden no channel works. When you call them they will go right left pretending to help you and will finally say change your jadoo box to other internet when they have no answer to address your problem. I have latest smart tv with high speed NBN.
Jadoo app misses lot of channels and screen freezes.
I will not recommended this to any one. My advice don't waste money and stay away from it.

Waste of money. Will only works as long as the device is under warranty i.e first 12 months then all the problems start. most channels will not work and support is crap.

very bad experience with jadoo. bought it few months ago with promise from seller that it will work for a lifetime. its just been few months and its not working. contacted seller and they said there are some technical issues which they dont know will be resolved.

If you are Indian DO NOT buy this set-top box. I have latest Jadoo 5S and they don't have any content.
Upon calling they say it is being restricted by their THIRD PARTY provider. so you can not watch anything.
Its been 6 months I bought this and the content is still not available.
I am writing this review so that I can stop people wasting their hard-earned money.

If u have money to waste then buy this crap.no channel update.no new movies.not even playing whatever is there.I called them .but no sollution and they dont want to take any responsibility after sale.

paid $300 plus not worked even year . would not recomend anyone to buy it . nothing to watch they just reaping people off . it just worked few months and now all gone

no news channel is working called customer care many times very poor response sent mails to support team no response .

I have the Jadoo4 and from day one it was buggy! Always buffering making it impossible to watch! Very glitchy and forever forcing updates. The last update made the product unusable it got rid of everything except the console so you couldnt watch anything at all, this company are scammers and only want money and not interested to help at all!
DO NOT BUY!!!

Jadoo 5s. DO. NOT. BUY. Absolutely the worst. Nothing works. Ever. Use the competitors app based provider which Is more expensive but at least works. For sports, buy a streaming subscription for the particular event. But avoid jadoo at all costs.

Live Tamil channels never work, still any one wanna buy Jadoo be aware u never know when channels come and go, waste of money even you call customer care useless people
