I ordered 6 items from JB Hi-Fi online for Christmas. Last night I get an email saying 1 item has been deleted as it is no longer being supplied (even though the order was confirmed and money taken for it) and today I get an email saying 1 item is delayed and 'they will let me know later when it is available'. No ETA, nothing..

Total disaster
Returned a faulty mobile phone to jbhifi store 3 weeks ago and haven't received refund the phone was bought online and picked up at a store DON'T BUY NOTHING FROM JBHIFI ONLINE IT'S A SCAM!!!!!

great delivery and service
I purchased a few dvd movies,one was super faulty,tried to explain to JB and said they would look into it,or another department,,then a few days later unexpected a new dvd,delivered to my door,great service,, but nice to communicate and know what's happening,I will buy products from JB again now,thanks again,only wanted a movie which worked correctly and paid for in advance,

$59 to deliver a TV, they cancel on the day of delivery and do not reschedule, they do not call they do not answer!
Ordered a $2200 TV with $59 delivery and 3 days after they still havent called to schedule delivery, contacted them on the website and the next day they are responded that they are busy. Day 4 i finally recieve a call and they schedule a delivery date. On the day of delivery recieved SMS at 8:49am stating they are 19mins away and then recieve 1 min later a SMS they cant deliver and the Transport Provider will call me by close of Business. They did not call, sent 2 contacts on the website and still no response. Contacted the tracking company...Read more

Click and Collect is a joke!
For click and collect, You will need to queue up with the rest of their customers at the cashiers! When the store is busy, you are stuck. Something that should be fast and easy can be tasking

Delivery does not deliver!
Ordered multiple things in one order on express delivery, came in 3 seperate deliveries. 2 of which I had to pick up as there wasn't even an attempt to deliver and were days late. Will never EVER purchase from JB HI FI online again if I have to get "delivery".

Ver linient way of answering to customers
They had a product Google Pixel 4 XL 128 GB displayed but DIDN'T have it stocked!! Customer Order is 13474
So got the product ordered since it wasn't available in the store, they said I shall get it in 2 days and SMS will be sent on 2nd day. I called up on Day 1 just to check if the ETA. They put damaged stuff in boxes for online staff to buy, if you want a refund you need to take it to the store. Scam
Two products were damaged, could not of been damaged in this way in transit as was packed well. Products came from seperate stores so is obviously a company policy to send damaged stuff to customers who buy online.

2 Day Delivery In 4 Days
Title. I order the advertised two day delivery and it arrives on a Thursday instead of a Tuesday. They ruin the online store by partnering with Toll, not worth the hassle. The Toll website itself is misleading, you click track delivery from the Jb Hi Fi order it brings you to a screen that says "Missed Delivery" which asks for the card number which they didn't give you, because you didn't actually miss the delivery. The tracking number for the order is next to the individual items on the order confirmation which is easy to miss.

Quick and Efficient
Purchased many items from the online store with JB. Always decent delivery or collection times, and great support. We did almost not receive a same day delivery item though, it arrived after 5pm and the courier said they didn't even let him know about it until after 4 which is past the cutoff, and also 6 hours after I ordered.

ch they replaced it and were very apologetic. Much better than some of the retailers NOR who would rather you stick to the second hand item you paid full price for. JB is almost as good as The Goodguys. They own them now anyway. I would go here to purchase laptops and electronics not sold by The Good Guys. JB Hi-fi Home in Joondalup is a bit haphazard, service is average, and they don't want to move their feet to help you or provide support. Bad omnichannel integration and did not manage customer expectations
I bought a phone yesterday on the website and chose the click and collect option since it was the fastest option (available today instead of sometime before next Tuesday for delivery).
I received an email shortly afterwards from the online service team stating that "Your order has been flagged and placed on hold by our verification system, and JB Hi-Fi requires further information from you in order to progress your order."

by this morning, I contacted the customer service at JB Hi-Fi, I asked to cancel the order if I cannot receive my phone today as promised. I was redirected to the click and collect store instead of the online service team. I received a phone call from the store telling me that as a first-time online shopper at JB Hi-Fi, a background credit check is conducted, and the store has no authority to cancel the order. Later this morning the online service team ask me another question in a new email to confirm that I am the cardholder, at which point I told them that I am not the cardholder, and if more of these questions are coming up, I would like to cancel the order. Phone arrived with screen cracked, GPS not working, no response from jbhifi
Purchased a Google pixel 3a online. Arrived with a cracked screen. I submitted a waranty enquiry online and never heard back. Realised GPS doesn't work as the phone doesn't track location and therefore update directions. Submitted another waranty enquiry online with jbhifi and haven't heard back. Big disappointment on multiple accounts.
