They have epic sales and seriously no competitor could beat their pricing or variety of stock options! Even when their items aren’t on sale, they are one of the lowest priced stores.

Had everything I needed and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Some items were not on the shelves and staff chased these up for me. Overall this is my 5th plus experience and I have never been disappointed.

Lodged a dispute with them via PayPal, they are completely unresponsive. They still have my money and I have to wait until April to for a refund. In the meantime I can't buy replacement lights because what if they post the lights and then I have too many? On 24 March I receive a generic and highly cryptic email saying "Great News! Your products have been organised and are scheduled for shipment as soon as they arrive into our local dispatch warehouse!" They don't even have the products in stock that they sell.

I think JD Lighting have a great asset in Tayla their Online Customer Care person.
Tayla fixed my month old fully paid back order issue.
I got an email advising it was delayed further until May 2020 after the original eta was a week. Not happy!
Tayla found a similar more expensive, in stock product and offered it for no extra cost. Perfect!

All staff are very professional and friendly, every time I've needed help with lighting they have always gone above and beyond to make sure they get me what I want.

It does not matter if you only buy one thing at a time or many items you are always greeted with a very warm welcome and the staff are so friendly and they know there product. To be honest they treat you like family and that is why we do not go anywhere else. We dont look on line to see if we can get it cheaper anywhere else because there prices are always very good. I phoned the store to purchase ceiling fans.
Peter was very helpful and suggested fans that were better than the ones I originally enquired about.
He also gave me a very good price on the light globes, dimmers and switches.
He also delivered them to my property.
I cant ask for better service.
