Like another reviewer I have also had to chase up my purchase with it first not being in stock and having to wait to being promised it would be dispatched in early January to arrive on the 5th - still not here so rang to be told it would sent today - but only after chasing them. The person I spoke to was rather surly putting me on hold without first letting me know they were doing so. When I asked how long it would be before I received my purchase they said another 5 days ( lets see to what that really equates to!). Sorry not happy to be promised one thing and not delivered - again. Maybe I will be third time lucky.

As a photographer and designer, I’m pretty fussy about lighting and just about everything! The items arrived in about 10 days (to Melbourne) after I ordered them. They were well packaged, and as described on their site. In fact, they look better in real life than on the website. My electrician installed them a few days ago and they’re working perfectly. JD had the best prices on the pendants I bought and with their free shipping offer, it was even better! I’d definitely recommend JD to anybody wanting some great lighting at low prices.

We just recently bought the Maelstrom 84" industrial style ceiling fan. We purchased it online and it came within 4 business days. Great fan & easy to install.

Purchased 30 LED Downlights & 4 Ceiling fans for a renovation on my newly purchased home. After finding them online, I ventured down to their retail store and was blown away by the variety and selection in-store. The salesman was very helpful, and we took his recommendation on the fans we purchased.
After we made the deal, their warehouse is a very short drive from the store, where we collected all our items. Everything was in-stock and available immediately for us to pick up.

good product but would not deal with this company again, delivery time was rubbish, had to chase them up several times, maybe they need procedures to follow, Management need a kick up the backside.

Having had a great experience with my first visit I returned for four more down light globes. The same person served me as previous. This time no mention of LED just four replacement globes and I noted an entirely different attitude.
On getting them home the two for my office were perfect but for the lounge they emitted a yellow light. On returning them I was met with the same person who was decidedly unhappy, looking skyward in disgust when asked the simplest question.
Would I go back there...no. The last thing I need at my late stage of life is attitude...over a globe.
