There was a clear picture of the lamp online, I felt it was a good price, efficient delivery, I’m very happy overall and I would definitely use Mica Lighting again.

The wrong lights arrived a month late even though they said 3-6 business days. They refuse to collect the wrong lights. I am supposed to lug 3 huge boxes down to the post office, print off labels at my expense and then wait who knows how long until I may or may not receive the correct ones. I requested a refund which they refuse.

I`m really happy with my new bathroom vanity light - simple, stylish and exactly what I was after for my new bathroom. This product features a switch so you can adjust the light to a cool white and Mica staff were very friendly and supportive when I needed to clarify which switch position to select.

BEWARE!! Online photos are misleading. Make pendants look larger than they are! Purchased pendants online after being misled by photo - mica lighting refuses a return, not even a store credit.

As a matter of fact we were not happy with our purchase as these lights we purchased for our bathroom were not compliant, when the Electrician came to install them, we were told they did not comply with being installed in a bathroom, when we wanted to return them we were told they were outside of the return time. We purchased these weeks prior to being installed so feel outside the return time frame, so now are stuck with lights we can not use :( It did not say on the website they couldn't be installed in a bathroom

I ordered several items online from Mica, among them a glass lamp shade for a floor lamp.

Mica contacted me quickly to tell me the item was out of stock and that they were no longer able to source them. I asked if they could recommend anything similar. The sales person was polite, professional and lovely. She was very happy to help me and understood the type and look of the shade I was looking for.

I received an email within an hour with links to 4 similar items and was able to choose an alternative that met my tastes.

The order arrived and I was very happy with all of the products but particularly happy with the alternate glass lamp shade. I love it more that the original one I chose.

Worst customer service ever experienced. Photos online were misleading, gouged on return shipping and refused a refund. Will never shop there again. Could not ever recommend this store based on my online shopping experience.

I had these lights shipped to my home overseas. The service was very good, and staff were happy to accommodate my requests. The package arrived in great shape, and the actual lights are more beautiful in real life than they appear on the website. I am so happy with my overhead LED fluorescent linear bar lights. I'm a professional clothing designer and they were purchased and installed to bring work light to my cutting table and machine area and I don't know how I got by without them. They are functional as well as great looking in their pinkish copper finish-and they were amazing value. What more could I want?

Found my lamp, ordered it easily, even got a phone call from a lady saying that it has been back ordered so it might be a day or two late, but it wasn’t. Arrived perfect. I looked for months in stores, but found it and had it within a week.

The product arrived well packaged and performed as expected after installation.
It is used to illuminate an outside possum feeding area, So far there has been no complaint from the possums.
LED lighting has a number of drawbacks : the use of a dwindling supply of rare earths: the introduction of large transients on the mains : the generation of radio frequency interference : to name a few.
This LED lamp, surprisingly, generates little interference and therefore comes highly recommended.
