Buying a feature ceiling light online sounds a little risky, but the quality of the product I received was a very high standard - a Close to ceiling light with three globes and timber features. It was hard to find close to ceiling lights that had any interest but i found Mica lights while searching. Arrived quickly and very well packed. It needed electrician install. I've had a lot of comments as its really unique.

My company has recently completed a major club project of over 5million dollars in Sydney with the centre piece being a 500 seat themed Chinese restaurant and the lighting chosen and supplied by Mica was delivered on time to meet our construction programme and we have received rave reviews from our client and club patrons on the style and quality of the lights.

I have bought twice from this Company & have been happy with my products & service. I asked for a photo to be taken of the lights I wanted from their display room which the customer service officer did. I knew pictures on their website could vary from a non professional photo. I asked if the lights I wanted were in stock which they were. I had no problems but did have requests which were carried out. When you live in the country & buy a lot of things online you have to make sure you get the service you want as I don't have time to muck about.

Pendant lights I ordered on line going by the pictures, when they arrived they were not as photos and they would only provide me with a store credit and I had to pay the return postage, never ever again would I purchase from them.

I bought a little railway glass shade for my floor lamp in Sydney and after accidentally smashing it years later, I thought I’d never find an identical shade 500 km north of the city. I couldn’t even recall the name.
I researched a few keywords and found Mica Lighting and a photo of the style shade I needed.
I had a chat by phone about sizes and fitting, and ordered online. I’d been told 2 weeks by postage and my lampshade arrived nicely packed on the due date. Thanks Mica for polite and speedy service.

I purchased two touch lights. They arrived in a timely manner but one was faulty. The faulty item was returned at their cost, tested by them and a new item sent out.
All contact with them had to be by email, no phone calls, but the overall result was satisfactory. I was very happy with the items I received.

We ordered three pendants online. Two were fine, one had clear defects. Their only answer was that they are unique and something they cannot control. One would think they would check stock before it went out. Their solution was for us to send ALL three back at our cost, following which they would resend at our cost again.

Extremely bad customer service, but also with attitude. No wonder the Amazons of this world are killing businesses like, Mica Lighting.

Ordered pendant lights 5 weeks before they were due to be installed. Mica Lighting kept delaying, but promising they would be here in time. Of course the day arrived and Mica said they were still on the boat.

Why would they sell these as being available without them being in stock for six weeks after purchase?

Mica have a great website, a huge selection and keen prices, but I'm writing the review mainly to rave about their customer service.
After one of my (valuable but un-insured) parcels got lost in the mail, their customer service team took on the task of dealing directly with Australia Post, tracked down the parcel and had re-addressed and got it sent to me. They kept me informed every step of the way and I was never left feeling un-supported.
I can highly recommend Mica Lighting, they went above and beyond the usual online company service.

After they neglected to send an order out in a timely fashion, I requested a refund - they informed me that their policy was to deduct 10% regardless of circumstance. After clearly stating that I no longer needed the product, they dispatched it regardless and emailed me stating that "the matter was closed". Will quite happily be taking them to VCAT! They are rude and, quite frankly, are dishonest at best.

Very affordable, quick delivery and fantastic service. Online services was very easy. Lot's of variety. Will definitely make future purchases.

Took awhile for the lights to arrive but customer service handle really well. Price wise much adorable that anywhere else. Will order again next time if we need anything else.

We chose most of the lights for our house we are building via the website, which numbers quite a lot, and placed the order at the shop. When the lights arrived the staff per-assembled them, arranged them in common boxes and selected the appropriate light globes for the light fittings based on our previous discussions to suite dimmers, lighting levels, etc. The electrician is much appreciative. Thanks very much for the added service and attention to detail.

I have had my concrete Jezz Pendant Lights for the last few months. The ordering process was simple, the delivery was fast and I have been satisfied with the product. There was a bit of minor damage to one of the pendants, but due to the nature of the material and the fact that it ;'added character', I didn't seek a replacement. Would be happy to order from Mica Lighting again.
