The Pandella vanity light was so good I had to buy another one for the ensuite. Great lighting - and many thanks to L at North Lakes for helping source the 14W version. The Satrurn light was so good I ended up buying four and replacing old lights in toilets, baths and laundry. Can see so much better now.

This is a fairly new shop in North Lakes and we last called in about a week after it opened and were very impressed with the lay out, the service and the prices. last week we bought a couple of fans and if anything the store has improved.

Bought some DC fans after shopping around. They had good range and prices and all staff super friendly. Also, not crowded so we got served immediately unlike some other stores, very pleasant shopping there.

Quick reliable service with a smile. The staff are warm and friendly and greet you by name, they are knowledgeable about there products and understand the issues involved.
Stock levels are good with just about everything being available. I have never had a problem at all.
On many occasions they have found obsolescent product or matched a hard to find fittings.

Picked up a few DC fans recently in their Christmas sales. All have been great and a great price too. Had one with broken light cover from factory, took it back and replaced with no issues. Great service.

Sold me the right bulb. The gentleman who served me knew all about the bulbs he was recommending me. He was quick and friendly in the service that he gave me.

I bought more than $5k worth of stock in few transactions, one of my item were extra and I was told by sales man that you can return it anytime however when I went there few months back they refused saying that I have missed deadline and gave me credit. I still have voucher but I would rather not shop from this place again.

I have purchased a number of items from this business and have found their prices to be very competitive the delivery has always been very prompt, good communication received and the products are of excellent quality.
We first brought a ceiling fan from them and we were so impressed with the price and quality we purchased more for the rest of the house.We have since gone on to buy a bathroom exhaust fan which yet again was a great price and it is really good quality.
