Called Jim's antennas on behalf of my Ageing Mother they sent Mowie to her home
and he was fantastic replaced antenna and all cables and sockets required Mowie was courtious and trustworthy Price was great as well.. Awesome job

Had Malvern Jims antenna come out. It was the "Owner". He installed an antenna. When i told him the landlord would be paying the bill he got very angry and aggressive. He was demanding payment and raising his voice. The job was over priced and didnt even work. Had another company come out and they found multiple problems with the install. My TV'S are all working perfectly thanks to Antennas Today.

Nic contacted me shortly after I rang Jim’s antenna and came over to inspect and provide a quote. That provided assurance that there would not be any surprises with the final bill. Reasonable price with quick turnaround and Nic showed up on time. Got 2 back speakers wall-mounted, NBN point relocated, antenna point relocated and digital antenna installed. Happy with service.
Note: job was carried out in Moonee Ponds, VIC in Nov 21.

Arrived early and commenced scoping the job ahead before I arrived .... proactive.
Job had its challenges with roof pitch and height (second storey) .... worked the problem and found the solution. Aerial provided was of good quality our picture is great.

It was a stressful time moving into a new house just before Christmas and Panam's advice and efficiency in installing the antenna was greatly appreciated. The builder's didn't make it easy but he just got on with it and got the job done.

Arrived on time. The problem was solved quite quickly. I had someone else out to sort out this problem. They couldn't solve it but Steve did. I am very happy to recommend Steve.

Steven arrived at our house to give a quote to carry out the installation of an antenna to improve our mobile phone reception at our house.

Brett in sunbury - I changed my mind so many times on how I wanted things and he would of had every right to be slightly annoyed but he wasn’t. Please refer attachments. Waste of time and money. Just so frustrating to deal with this person. The U bolts on my TV mast have rusted to the point the nuts cannot be tighten. So, for many, many years after strong winds the aerial moves so I use a pool pole to move it to point 10 to 15 degrees anti-clockwise to CHANNEL 10 and SBS interference disappears, and clear transmission is received. Relocating NBN. A person has has come to do the work. Was terrible, unprofessional, doesn’t even know what he was doing. Made a mess, too many holes, damaged wall.
But the Franchise service was good, they responded to the survey very quickly, asking what was the issue. But I have ignored their offer which was of sending the guy back again and fix things. I told them As he didn’t do things correctly in first place I didn’t want him back and was rude dealing with costumer.

Arrived in less than 30 minutes and replaced the TV on the existing mounting very efficiently. Well done Param! Will contact you in future for any such related tasks. Thanks guys.
