Most operators have Eftpos facilties although it is up to the individual. Other options of payment can be EFT, cash and bank cheque although these can vary from Franchisee to Franchisee. All operators would be happy to discuss their payment methods with you.

There is a local Jim's Mowing guy who shows photos of himself up on a very large gum tree before or after the pruning, but we couldn't get him to prune a few small shrubs and weeds.
Almost certainly not, because our mowing Franchisees are not trained or equipped. Phone 131546 and they'll put you on to a Trees guy. Can't give you a price without looking at the tree but it's not cheap! Make sure whoever you get has proper insurance.

Our policy is that we will fix any issue unless an independent expert (agreed to by both parties) says we are not at fault. This applies even to jobs done years ago by Franchisees who have left us, since we have a fund to cover all customer service issue. If you have a problem, as the Franchisee to fix it. If he doesn't, phone our call centre (131546) and put in a complaint. At that stage the Franchisor gets involved. In the rare cases that doesn't work, call again and give your Email address and the CEO (me) will follow up the problem until it is solved.
In a more general sense, we carefully record all complaints and poor surveys and Franchisees who do poorly get warning letters and are eventually terminated, if they fail to improve.

As in a franchise? I think it's different when operating the franchise. My review was based on experience from bad service from a franchisee and finding that they overcharge. So I couldn't provide you opinion on whether you should invest in the franchise.
Definitely not. Franchisees are not accountable to the brand for the quality of service. Equally, they don't seem to care when changes in managing agent occurs and they drop you like a hot scone - forgetting it's you who pay them. Its unprofessional and they are unreliable. Wouldn't hire them again.
It's well known that 60% of businesses fail in their first year. With us it's 10.5%, on latest figures, and that includes some who sell for family and other reasons. But whatever franchise you're interested in, get the list of current franchisees and phone as many as possible. Even within Jim's, some Franchisors are much better than others.
