I needed professional advice and was very impressed with my area's representative who answered my numerous questions patiently and thoroughly. I am aware that I probably asked the same questions over and over, as I was very anxious about evidence of vermin. I found him to be very knowledgeable, and he patiently explained everything to me thoroughly, from the process involved to the chemicals being used. All signs of vermin have disappeared, and I feel as if a weight has been lifted. Taking the time to spend explaining what to expect and the process involved made a huge difference to how I felt about the service. I have no hesitation in recommending his service.

Jim's man in my area ( lower North Shore, Sydney), Amir, arrived with his pesticides and protective clothing, as planned.
Courteous and thorough, not to mention....economical.
Took about 80 minutes, going into places i would never venture.
I even persuaded him to help me hang up a very large very heavy mirror. ( No charge.)
This is the way service used to be 50 years ago.
How incredibly refreshing to know those values still exist.

An enquiry was answered quickly followed up by next day fulfilment. Work was thorough including finding a white ant nest in a tree quite some distance from the house, with immediate treatment carried out. Rob was prompt, reliable and courteous...

Steve was very courteous and he conducted a thorough inspection of my property and the surrounding area. He was reliable and punctual. A very good service at a reasonable price.

Luke was on time and sprayed the outside of the house. I live near the river so was being eaten by mosquitos every time I went outside day or night.
At the moment I still have no missiles and can sit outside for a change and the spray was a while ago. I will definitely get the place done again if they come back.

Scott replied as soon as he was in service.. came around straight away to investigate my pest problem.. Gave genuine advice and estimated costs on the spot to rectify permanently, which i was able to pass on to real estate agents.

Amir was very professional and helpful. He explained all the important things I needed to know and was being very honest. My mum decided not to go ahead with the service for warranty reasons, but I have no hesitation to recommend him to families and friends.

I had problem with possums in roof and after being disappointed by other so called "possum experts" I got in touch with Jim's pest control. Jim's Group admin is very strong and they put me in touch with local franchisee James straight away. James was very knowledgeable about problem - explained to me how and why hard to predict how long it would take to solve - and then gave me very good advice and service all the way through. We can now sleep at night without rent-free lodgers in roof! Thanks James.

Edmon was in contact with us the same morning we accepted the quote. He went above and beyond our requirements advising of rat activity in the roof space and offering his services. He accepted that we would action this ourselves gracefully with no pressure to take up his offer. I will be seeking a quote for removing nests and safeguarding my mums solar panels too.
