It's amazing! The hot water system is so great!! This system should be in every home in the world! So easy to set up, use and maintain. Thank you Joolca!!!!!!! We use the Joolca Hottap Outing as our primary hot water system in our home. We are completely off grid and it works beautifully. There are three of us, 2 adults 1 child age 8. The little 8.5kg gas bottle lasts us about three months and the D size batteries have been in for about six months and do not yet need to be replaced. So happy we went this way instead of a solar hot water system. Thank you Joolca!!!!!!!!! Not the mention the staff at Joolca are amazing and hilarious and great to deal with.

I was looking for a portable hot water system to take camping and almost everyone I spoke to said to check out the Joolca gear. I made my purchase based on other reviews and word of mouth. What a great product but most importantly, great customer service to back it!

For simplicity, innovative design and convenience, we simply couldn't go past the Joocla HotTap. We looked at most of the readily available alternatives and read whatever reviews on the differing systems we could find and, in the end, it was a one horse race. Their online videos really don't do it justice - it's easier than it looks and, in my opinion, it's better than they claim. Keep up the good work and keep the great products coming.

Lol, it does not matter what I thought when we took it to Moreton Island as part of a group. All campers loved it and are still raving on about it. One couple did not even bother to unpack a competitors shower and vowed to make the switch to Joolca. All in all an awesome shower experience was to be had!

Couldn’t be happier with our JOOLCA HOTTAP. Used it multiple times and it’s very reliable .We have it hooked up to our water tank and so easy to set up . One of the best purchases we have made and great to shower after working all day on the property .

Did a fair bit of looking around before I purchased. Used their web store too and it works well.
Purchased to mount on camper trailer and with the cover and drawbar pole this is the ducks nuts. Good quality parts and well engineered. Like most things you get what you pay for and this is a solid unit that should go the distance.

Excellent product. Mounted to caravan and plumbed to mixer tap. Easily accomplished by someone with some basic plumbing knowledge. So now i have internal hot water and outdoor shower. Love how it handles mains washer pressure. Works very well. Very economical on gas... had no probs with it at all.

I am a freelance travel writer who is constantly heading bush with my 4wd and camper trailer. The addition of the Joolca Hottap has enabled me to stay in the bush for longer while being able to enjoy refreshing hot showers. It is easy to connect, easy to set up and easy to carry. This product is an absolute winner in my humble opinion.

It has never let me down. Instant hot water every time I turn the tap on. Very easy to set up u also love the portability More hot water than I would ever use on a daily basis. I would happily recommend to any one. More than enough for my daily needs

Great product, completely exceeded expectations. Pumped water from a river to higher than the product sheet explained, great pressure even with water flow setting at minimum so I could increase the hot water temperature delivered, very easy set up. The variant of the handset/shower that now has various modes is great but you do need to make sure you have it exactly in the off position. Very happy and would highly recommend.

Renovating 2 bathrooms so needed a temporary shower for 5 weeks. Looked at hiring in ensuite but decided to give the hottap a go along with joolca tent & shower stand. 3 weeks in & works a treat. Good flow & temperature. Tent could be bigger & more dog proof.

So. I live remote and was excited to get the Joolca Outing installed at home to use rainwater instead of borewater. It worked well for about 4 days, then .... :(
The switch on the shower head has stopped working. The water continues to flow. It is a flimsy piece of .... (I'll keep this civil). I can't just pop down to Bunnings (as it is 5 hours away) to buy a switch, and it is the weekend so I can't call Joolca. If I could I would request a new one (actually about 10 as I think it will keep happening). Joolca I think you should spend some time and money investing in a robust shower head for what is otherwise a good system. It's the weak link....

I am using the flotap6 with my joolca hot tap outing and has been working fine for the last couple of days, but has just decided to stop working, first time we have used it and have been drawing water from the rive next to us. Any ideas on how to fix it or what would be wrong with it??

I've just been away camping and used my new Joolca HOTAP for the first time. Thoroughly impressed with this product. It is extremely easy to use and setup. One of the best options is that you can adjust water flow and temperature whilst in operation. I would highly recommend that you purchase the entire kit with all the attachments. Well worth the investment. All these extra items assist with the ease of operation of your shower

I bought a joolca hot tap and pump off ebay it came in no time . I set it up wrong i rang [Name removed] from joolca he said send it down to to him he sent it back free of charge works great very hot on low . after sale service is very good with this company.thanks
