Xmas present 2014. We bought the big tramp. The kids loved the space and for 3 years my kids 16 to 10 years old have jumped and flipped and challenged themselves. Quality tramp that many of our family friends have since bought. Highly recommend. Still in excellent condition. Xxx

We wanted to surprise our 3 year old who loves to bounce and jump a trampoline but thought we would never get one in our small backyard. I installed the padding incorrectly when I first assembled the trampoline and it caused part of the padding to tear, when I contacted Jump Star they replaced the damaged section promptly even though it was my fault and did not charge me. Very impressed with the product and the service.

Purchased online and picked up the next business day. When I picked up my order I thought the trampoline that I originally ordered would be too small, they were more than happy to let me change my purchase to the bigger size with no problems at all! My order was processed quickly and am so happy with the trampoline! It's a Great quality trampoline, very sturdy and was easily erected by following the instructions. We are very happy with the quality of the tramp!

The ordering and delivery process was very smooth. We put it together in under a couple of hours. The bars were quite heavy but I guess this makes it really sturdy. The trampoline looks lovely and this was a great size for us with 5 young kids! They have already had a lot of fun on it and I am sure they will continue to do so! I visited warehouse on Saturday for a birthday present for my son. Jump star has a wide range of trampolines available on display so you can see and try what you are buying. My son has used trampoline since and bouncing, forward flips and backflips and just enjoys sitting outside on it. When shopping around I found them to one of the best retailers for trampolines in WA. Staff were friendly and helpful. I have been shopping around for a trampoline since November 2016. I would recommend this place to my family and friends

We have been looking for a trampoline since Christmas time as it became very clear that our three grandchildren could not longer use the small round one we had purchased when we had only one grandchild. The purchase of this came from a recommendation from our friends who were very happy with both the product and the service they received from Jump Star two years ago. We live north of the river but the trip down was worth it. I will now also recommend Jump Star to my friends as the product is FANTASTIC!!!! It was easy and quick to assemble made from quality materials. I am looking forward to many happy hours that our grand kids will enjoy this product.

Took just under an hour to build. My boys played on it for 75mins non stop and loved it. Its easy to move around the backyard and the net is strong and durable. Especially impressed with the clamps for the enclosure legs. Easy to use and no tools needed. The elastic clips for securing the mats to the frame look to be good quality and are easy to use (much better than the K-Mart tramp we bought that broke the day I assembled it).

Very happy with this purchase. Starting with quick and easy assembly, quality materials and constuction and an end result that kids and adults can all enjoy. Show room and website very helpful and office and warehouse staff equally helpful.

After going through several trampolines this tramp is by far the best and money well spent!! Excellent quality with a great bounce that I remember as a kid.. A++ all round.. Jumpstar were very helpful in holding our trampoline so that "Santa" could deliver and assemble our trampoline on Christmas eve (assembly is quite easy for 2 people - about 1.5 hours). My kids have spent hours (&hours) on this thing over this summer holidays and would have to say it one of the better investments I have made regarding my kids. It gets them outside and moving rather than playing video games or watching movies. Great size for all kids especially with the net. My 10 year old does his flips etc and my younger ones (6 and 3) love hanging out on it and jumping away. Once again, thanks!

Great, friendly and helpful staff. We loved having the trampolines set up so we could get a feel for the sizes and the kids could test them out. The trampoline we purchased was easy to set up, with no tools needed. The best thing is the kids are outside jumping all day
