Just Superfund

I've slashed my SMSF's compliance costs by 70%. I could never understand why it cost so much in accounting and audit fees to prepare a simple set of accounts for a small SMSF. Having moved to Just Superfund for the past two years I'm questioning the fees I used to pay. I'm very happy with Just Superfund and will continue to use their services.

We have used Just Superfund for several years now and have found them to be very prompt with the processing of our returns even if we are late sometimes.
Their auditor identified a major issue with our previous return and we were able to have it corrected in time for me to retire. It should have been identified by our previous financial planner and accountant but was not. Even though we had to pay Stamp Duty for a transfer it was worth it for the peace of mind we now have thanks to Just Superfund

We are new clients and needed our 20/21 return done in 3 weeks. Our SMSF is complex with a range of assets which historically cost a lot to assess. After a bit of a learning curve (on how to use their site) we were astonished that Jordan and the Just SuperFund team produced the goods as promised and charged as advertised. It is an end of year service and you will need to upload all relevant documents. Communication is largely electronic but Jordan is always contactable to guide you through the processes. Please note you will not get personal or investment advice but your tax return will be properly done, audited, with an actuarial certificate if you need one.

This is my 3rd year with Just Superfund and they get better each year. They are a third of the price of my previous accountant and are dealing with a much more complex SMSF after my wife, the second trustee, passed away. It was complicated but they stuck with me all the way and the price did not vary.

This is my first experience with Just SuperFund. So far, my opinions are the following:
- No quality compromise, the presentation is impressive.
- Everyone, I have dealt with, is professional and has good manners; polite and tactful.
- The team has managed to combine two things. On the one hand, they are meticulous in details in order to produce a perfect report satisfying the ATO requirements. On the other hand, they do everything to simplify the process itself (they are second to none in it) and, what is very important, they are very helpful when help is needed.

This is my first year with Just Superfund after many years with another firm. I was very impressed with the service, the result and the price. I could not fault them. All in all; excellent product and excellent value.

Great system, our former super fund accountant was moving towards online working which made it quicker for him, but he didn't give us any discount after 12 years of being clients.
