Great service
Great service and easy to deal with. Always recommended as value for money
Skylight installed perfectly and on time
Justrite installed our skylight and finished the job today. It's perfect. Danny, the installer, did a fantastic job and was very careful with making sure that no mess was created during the installation or left for us at the end. I love the outcome.
Justrite told us at the start that the waiting time for installation was a few months away and virtually, to the day they said that they'd install it, they did. I unreservedly recommend them on the job that they did for us.

Excellent
Justrite has gone above and beyond any expectations I had. The quality of not only their products but also their attention to detail is clearly superior. From beginning to end, nothing but professionalism. Their after sales service is just another confirmation and true representation of the company itself. If you want professionalism & efficiency with smooth sailing, then look no further than Jsutrite

Service
From start to finish, the customer service and ease of dealing with Justrite was excellent. The service and knowledge dealing with Rajat and Samuel were very pleasant and professional. The manufacturing and installation time was quicker then projected. Highly recommend using Justrtie for Shade Sails.
Double glazed the cedar windows in our whole house
We let the contract in early-June for Justrite to install 86 double-glazed low-E panes, and saw the work completed yesterday (mid-November). The result is very satisfactory, the installation is exceedingly neat (between 2 and 12 mm of black rubber insert revealed at the edge of the window) due to careful measurement and very professional work by the installer. Much routing of the cedar panes is undertaken to ensure a flush fit, and silicone is applied on both the window frame and the inside edge to ensure double-sealing against drafts and water
... Read more. Be warned that low-E double glazing does cause a bluish misty appearance when the sun is directly shining on the pane, and this obscures somewhat the view outside; but when not be shone upon, the glass is very transparent if slightly more reflective than single pane glass. We feel the temperature in the house is more stable than before, but a proper winter and summer will prove this. Only concern is that the installation process was a little shambolic, with only partial delivery of the glass initially, the installer absenting sometimes for days without warning, one poorly made pane which was replaced without discussion, and one pane (the largest) was smashed on installation and a month was required to replace it. But overall the experience and outcome are more than satisfactory, and the cost was some 15% below another quote. I recommend Justrite for their double glazing retrofit solution to cedar window frames, but consider whether the visual downsides of the low-E glass are appropriate for your caseGarbage product and service. Look at the photos.
Demonstrably lying rip-off merchants and I can back that up with evidence. Do not deal with these people. Their double-glazed windows do not fit, are far smaller than what they replace and filled(badly) with packing and wood to try and cover it up.
Company treats its customers with utter contempt and never returns calls when they say they will.
Look at the attached photos. THIS is the quality of work that they believe is acceptable and refuse to fix.

I have never been threatening in any way except "threatening" to tell ALL of your prospective customers what ripoff merchants you are and to show photo's of the utterly shoddy work that your people do. The fact that you consider showing people photo's of your work to be a threat, speaks volumes.Find out how Justrite compares to other Hardware Shops

Company has terrible communication and violated safety standards
DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY.
I feel like they are creating fake, vague 5 star reviews on google (because getting 60+ 5 star reviews in the same time period sure looks legit) but here is a real one!
Short form: Terrible communication, violated industry safety rules, made a mess
This company never responds to their phone, it goes straight to voicemail 9 times out of 10, and they never get back to messages. The only line they answer is the sales line. They don't respond to their online question tool either.

After finally getting a response from an email to their sales team it was arranged for them to come out at a certain date, but then their vacuum broke and despite promises of coming out in the following days, they went back to radio silence. Until they randomly showed up unannounced to 'complete' the job. The person that did the job was friendly, but left pieces of old insulation all over our yard, which I later tidied up. And didn't even do part of the job which they just wrote down as 'unable to complete', so we got a different company to come and do it with no problem. We also later found out from an electrician that they had violated industry standards by covering downlights in insulation that were not IC-rated causing potential fire hazards. And installed a cover over a fan that was not strong enough to open it causing the fan to burnout, which we had to spend more money on fixing. We aknowledge that we had staff shortages during Covid -19. Please note that we have been around since 1977. Will look into the 2 other issues you raised.
Long wait to get the job done. Waiting over 3 months now from time deposit paid.
I thought they were closed as I rang [Number Removed] both same disconnected message. It appears you have to dial [Number Removed].
I have been assured the work will get done around 18 Apr 22. Now I have to wait and see....
Wall Insulation
Thanks Just Rite team, especially Alan and Udit! I wasn’t certain about how well the wall insulation would work but felt the difference in this winter. Very happy with the product and would recommend Just Rite to friends and colleagues.
Questions & Answers
I also recently dealt with Justrite for shed sail install, to be honest i'm not happy with the service reveived. But from my contacting with them, i found they are nice people. I would like to say something to the Justrite that a complaint to your service got great value to you business improvement. Nowadays we see many companies pay to have feedback, positive or negative. When an improve identified, its half way closer to the perfect. Do not waste the opportunity. If I were you i probably would fully refund if claim is true, and turn on fixing the business defect. By doing that, not only you don't lose anything, but actually you get invaluable asset, which manages a business' life line. I would not simply tell people to stay away, instead i would ask people to think they are nice people, relying on this business to rise kids or pay morgage. I hope when i return in a few years, i see load of message of appreciation and satisfaction from your happy customers. I would be proud then, as a Canberra local.
Checked our system and could not find a person called Qian. Not sure what is the intention of this review !!!!
lucky i didn't deal with them. justrite service is absolute rubbish, I tried to contact them through their email services about 4 times regarding a ridgecap, no response. I strongly suggest for everyone to shop around. if you think that their prices are the cheapest you would be fooled, and also if you think that you can find a price cheaper than justrite 's, they will beat it by 5%, YES RIGHT providing they respond to you
This is not one of our customers. !!!

We have no contract with Rhys.
... Read moreWe had done previous replacement windows for George and he was happy and arranged further work. Rhys involvement towards the end of the installation has made is quite difficult to have a rational conversation. Rhys thinks that windows should be installed without Reveals. This is a misunderstanding. Most residential windows are installed with Timber Reveals. This is the industry standard. Installers also use packers to achieve horizontal and vertical alignment. Architraves/ Trims are used to complete the installation. Expansion foam is used to ensure all gaps are sealed. Rhys is arguing that reveals, packers, expansion form and architraves/trims are not required. We use a licenced builder, He has completed more than 50 projects for us with no issues. He has more than 20 years experience replacing windows. Rhys has been threatening towards the Just Rite staff and builder. He has instructed builder to leave the site before completing the job. We are committed to complete the job to the satisfaction of the customer (if the expectations are fair and reasonable and in alignment with industry standard) We have provided the following solution Bedroom window upstairs: Customer has requested we make this window to look the same as the one downstairs. we can take the existing reveals off and reinstall this window with aluminium angle to match as close as possible the downstairs window. Bathroom window upstairs: The upstairs window is narrower and higher than the window downstairs (the 2 windows are different). Both windows were measured and deductions made using the same formula. In this case we believe once the tiling is done (tiled up to the reveals), this window will be finished in a similar way to the downstairs one. Our installer will need to tidy up the foam sealing before the tiling. One of the solution is for Department Fair Trading technical person to meet our installer and verify the workmanship/method of installationThis is what we advised Department of FairTrading.
Quote was provided to George and he paid a deposit and accepted the quote. Our contract is with George.
