Called for a quote to replace the gas central heating unit. I had been told we needed a new unit because the fan had gone so I was looking for another quote. Someone came the very next morning to look at the unit and found that it was only the fuse that was gone and needed replacing. He did'nt have the the right fuse with him but returned later in the day with one and replaced it. I was over the moon and so very happy that I didnt need a new and very expensive unit. I would recommend them to everyone I know for their prompt service and honesty. They are the best.

They are harassing us for a call out fee for checking out a fault on heating unit after they replaced the fan. Is it too much to expect to have a fully functional unit after we paid you the first time? If I take my car to the mechanic and they say they fixed something I expect it to be working not in limp home mode!
