I just sat through 21 minutes of ads straight. During the motogp qualifying. They played ads through the whole Q2. I didn’t see a single second of it. Why do I pay $25 a month if they play ads over the content. 21 minutes straight. Come on.

I got a free 6 months last year through sportsbet.

6 months was up, and I was logged out of my account and couldn't access it again.

6 months later ( today ) AFL is starting soon so decided to get a membership with Kayo.

They told me I had paid for the last 6 months even though they logged me out of my account and I couldn't access anything.

Not only it’s full of adv but now they have removed golf lpga broadcast . It’s suck. Don’t even bother subscribing to kayo. I have terminated my subscription. Just very disappointed they have that.

I had an account with Kayo but after a period of time, every time I tried to log in I had to reset the password. The support system is useless & difficult, you can only get assistance via a chat line & even then they could not assist so I cancelled my subscription. Avoid this app as customer service is rubbish.

Not worth 25 bucks. As the title says.
Happy to pay 10 bucks like every other streaming service but most the sports on Kayo are corrupted by political money anyways and not worth watching anyways

The app for the most part works however the streaming quality is horrible I have a new Samsung Q80a65 and easily get 4k with all other streaming services. Kayo on the other hand cannot get better than a measly 480p.

I've tried resetting both the tv and internet router multiple times, I've done speed tests and tested with other devices but for some reason the TV app will not stream in HD which in 2022 is pathetic.

I don't really have any other options to watch sports and I think kayo are aware of this so they don't feel compelled to update their service.

A search function would be handy too

Despite having a more-than-adequate internet service bandwith that streams the highest quality (4k) Netflix and YouTube seamlessly, my Kayo stream was constantly plagued with chugging to the point that it was unwatchable - the only other option was to 'watch' (I use the term loosely) at 270p, which was so badly pixelated that it was also unwatchable. I cannot understand why they haven't hired a person who actually knows what they're doing to make their service work - it's not exactly new - how are they still getting away with this?

I was looking forward to watching the replay of hawks vs pies practice game on 25th Feb. Its the only replay not there. Shouldn't be that hard to find all other replays are there.

Had plan with alinta sports and got cancelled but still they charged me after i cancelled the sports pack. Had a bad experience. Talked to them did not help. Have to be very carefullwith everything you do.

At the end of my free trial periods on 23 February 2022, I did not receive any notification. When I asked the customer service staff in regards of that, she simply says that Kayo does not have a function of notification since it's auto renewal systems. In other words, Kayo purposely designed their systems to charge you without giving you enough notification.
They lure you with the easy free trials, so at the end of your free trials you probably forgot about it and cannot change your mind. It is a trap designed for first time customers. WHAT A DECEITFUL SYSTEMS !!!

The white rotating circle at the start of the show (waiting for stream to commence), followed by a blank screen...then the frozen picture with the note that something went wrong is a 'norm'...just simply a waste of time effort and money. Video doesn't look like HD...Wanted to rate it ZERO, but there is no option, so it unfortunately gets a one 'gold' star... FYI, our internet is average 200Mps

Got billed twice every month. no help from customer service. Do not ever sign up for free trial. they will take your money with out your further consent. I had to change by credit card to stop payment. never got my money back. This is an absolute ripp off and no one bothers about their customers. Find other alternatives even though slightly more expensive. it is not worth it!!!!

The Kayo search function on LG TV’s doesn’t exist. Kayo advised that it is “on the list” for development.
Finding a specific event is both difficult and frustrating. It is a slow app so working through the menus can take minutes - extremely annoying when it is realised that the event isn’t even available.

I received a $50 gift voucher to sign up to Kayo. I spent so much time redeeming the gift card on line before I could use it with Kayo.
Once I had the details, I tried to sign up. I added the redemption code, only to be informed I had to also add credit card details.
I received the gift card as I don't have a credit card.
Chatted with chat bot, that advised no credit card details no account. Then cancelled chat. So now I have a voucher that has been activated and states no refund. No Kayo!!!

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SIGN UP. Signed up for free as a special deal for Brisbane Lions members, because we could no longer go to football due to COVID we could watch on Kayo. We were never able activate the account yet they took $25 per month from our bank account using a credit card no. Tried to contact Streamotion but comes up as account deactivated. Have now resorted to our Bank to cancel credit card and raise a complaint.

This company stole money from me - Charged my card without my authorization and refused to refund the charge. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Worst customer service - they don't care about their customers at all.

dont sign up, once u sign up u dont have cancellation option. very poor online service i want cancel my plan but i cant and they say we put request for cancellation but doing nothing

Was charged without being notified that the deal I was on ended. Spoke with support, very unhelpful and no refund was offered and then the chat was abrubtly ended when I tried to discuss further

I cancelled my account but they created a ghost account and kept charging me and would not refund me. I asked and they confirmed I had NEVER logged in but still wont refund me.

No service. Money deducted from bank account but no service. No assistance from help centre so cancelled account. Don't bother as it is a waste of money! No phone contact is annoying too!

I got a 1 month free usage via Uber Eats to use Kayo.
But Kayo didnt allow me to redeem the 1 month free reward from Uber Eats as I already had an account with them.

Can't even watch australian open finals on supposedly 'proudly Australian game-changing sports streaming service'... What a *****n joke! Do a better job securing the rights in your own country.

Watched the big bash final using optus 5G. It buffered 11 times from 830pm till 1030pm and I had 5G the whole time. Clearly the download speed is faster then the upload speed. Classic kayo

What is the point of setting favourites if they neither are a separate menu item or appear first. Why is “Home” the only menu item that appears when you open the app? How stupid is that?

2017 LG - can’t get app.
2018 Samsung - supposedly supported. So many “media playback” errors and takes about 10 goes to get cricket playing.
Telstra TV - starts every time but functionality not user friendly.
