Hi, we purchased a Kelvinator fridge approx 2 years ago, locally freezer is working, however, the fridge has ceased to work, we lost a lot of food.we purchased the upside-down unit as I have a spinal disease. I have always purchased Kelvinator as I was under the impression these were made in Australia. any help with this issue would be helpful?

Might have had same issue. Fan is broken. Sits behind freezer back panel. The freezer will work but the cold air is not being blown going into fridge. Had it fixed. technician said it was an issue with this series of fans that were used. Design fault.
Standard warranty is 2 years I believe, hope you still under or bought extended warranty.

I just thought, have you gone in to the fridge, and slide the temperature things into the middle. The fridge setting may be to low
