They have sold us a defected product, second hand looking, without saying anything.
The worst. We went to this store yesterday and we bought a feeding chair from floor stock for $439 (Brand new was 499), only $60 less than a new one. We couldn't really inspect the chair because it was so dirty and they said they will cleaned before delivering to us (extra money for delivery we've payed).
We have trusted the store and that they wouldn't sell something defected and that wasn't OK without telling us.
