I have a feather Jasper 2 and it is not even 1 year old. The feathers have clumped in lines across the seat and it looks like the fabric has stretched with it. I constantly fluff and move them around but to no avail. $8000 is a lot for a couch that has a 10 year old look to it. Help!

I have just purchased the jasper 2 in memory foam and would like to know if it gets softer over time. It is quite stiff and much more uncomfortable than when we tried in store!

Hi, we purchased a Jasper around 12 months ago. Very happy with it but it is constantly shedding feathers. Is there any way to stop this?

My King Living Jasper has been under cover-sheets for 2 months whilst my house has been under renovation, I removed the covers today and the when moving the chaise seat cushion, it is all moisture stained, and the base as well. How do I repair this? By getting a service cleaner or by sponging and placing outdoor in sun (if the weather returns to normal)? OR will it need recovering? It is not wet just the light fabric is orangey stain.

i would like to know if there is anything being done about the material and the veneer wearing and aging sooner rather than later.
We are trying to decide to invest in a quality product like this but the problems expressed here are quite concerning considering the amount to money to purchase this product?

I have just purchased a King Living Jasper Lounge & have a number of concerns both with the product & service. Each individual I have dealt with has been fine. Rather these are systemic issues.

The cushions are the feather filled ones. I find they make a crinkly noise when I lean into them. This is rather annoying & I don't remember it happening in the shop. Does the noise go away? Also I find the back cushions are over filled & impact the depth the seat cushions. Will they flatten over time to give us more leg room? Also the product information cards that they hand out at the showrooms are not adequate - they lack measurements of each component. I found some of the information myself later online. But why make it difficult? Originally we were going to purchase the Jasper A1 model & ended up with a package 9 - 13, as we worried about fitting it into our living room. The differences between the two were not adequately explained. It is difficult to gauge some of the differences when you can't try out the various models in the showroom. From the information I received from the salesperson I thought the depth of the seat was pretty much the same on both models but it seems significantly smaller on the Jasper 9 sofa we now own.
Also a seat cushion was missing from my delivery, which I will have you pick up from the showroom. Not particularly impressed by that! The delivery guys were lovely & I don't think it was their fault.
Also I wanted a final receipt sent to me via email, requested on Monday & Tuesday and I am yet to receive one by Saturday. Also I would have liked a complete break down of the number of components I received/ meant to receive (at time of delivery), which I didn't.
When you spend over $5000 you want to be really happy with your purchase. Instead I am full of misgivings.

Thinking about buying the king furniture jasper in palm beach fabric - not sure which type of vision to select, feather or memory foam . Any advice ?

We have had our jasper for almost 5 years. Bit of fading of fabric but it is in full sun. Other issue is breakage of metal flange as it attaches to timber arm. Tenants on both occasions sadly. Has there been any safety recalls or others with this issue. Tenant is asserting it is unacceptable from safety view point and concerns trying to take legal action for muscle injury. Any feedback welcome particularly from King or other ownership. Neil

Hi I have a Jasper which I bought quite a few years ago.If I wanted to recover it in a cream fabric what would be the price roughly.

I purchased Jasper nearly 9-10years ago. Does anyone know if you can machine wash the fabric, and also how to get the cushion part not sagging. Where would you need to fix them? Am selling mine as I'm over not being comfortable and trying to reshape the back cushions.

I have rung 4 times to get my Jasper recovered. Each time I get told by the person answering that they aren't qualified to quote and there is only one lady qualified and she will call back. She never does. Also no response to two emails. How can you seriously run a "care" service like this?? Can you please arrange someone to contact me?

We bought a Jasper more than 10 years ago. It has been fantastic however the cushions and backs are now worn and sagging and I wondered if its possible to replace the cushions, backs, arms and skin of the Jasper or if its more cost effective to just buy a new lounge. This has definitely been our best buy so far.

Is Metro Jasper the same with the previous Baby Jasper, or is it a different model? Can I combine new elements of the Metro with the old Baby? And how much does it cost to replace the covers on the Baby Jasper? Please don't tell me to call you. I understand the price will vary with the fabric chosen, but give me a range based on the fabric options you have.

Can you get a "feather" filled jasper cushions re-filled?

Can you increase the height of the baby jasper? I find it too low and uncomfortable to sit on. I have adjusted the legs to their full height but still too low.

How do you fluff up the back cushions on the jasper lounge?

I have just purchased jasper suite in leather. When you sit on it the cushions dip in the middle and the leather looks stretched is this normal?

We purchased a jasper sofa five years ago. Can you tell me about replacing the feather overlay cushions as our lounge is now impossible ( and has been for a few years) to retain it's shape as the cushions are so flat and consequently are very uncomfortable. We constantly try to reshape them but to no avail. Paid so much money for this product ... very disappointed ! A cord fabric not leather. Is there a fix??? Regards, Glenda.
