The backs of the sofa keep slowly slipping out. The pins that are supposed to hold them in place just don't work ! The cheap plastic fittings around the slots have all broken into pieces as have the plastic rings at the bottom of the feet.. so I now have metal feet scrapping on tiles.

Quality and customer service are extremely disappointing given how expensive these sofas are. Buy something else.
