Absoultey out-standing support upon deciding what we want custom to our kitchen and how we wanted. The communication when we were trying to get a new kitchen was tremendous! Certain contractor communications needed to be improved when issues came up. This was no fault on the kitchen connection end as contractors are a third party.

From sad timber laminate of 25+ yrs to simply stunning.Sharon and Tom were fantastic helping with knowledgeable input and design experience.The showroom was a massive benefit, seeing the products and quality helped us enormously in choosing our kitchen features.

Happy with the end result however Kitchen Connection did very little to co-ordinate trades once the project commenced.. Also didn’t see anyone from Kitchen Connection once the work had started. Small details were also not advised to us when we booked the kitchen like the fact that we would need a join in our bench top and in our glass splash back!

From our first encounter in the showroom to completion of the project, the staff and contractors of KC were knowledgable, happy to advise and assist, and worked with us on countless iterations through the design process. We were very impressed with the quality and workmanship of the contractors during installation, and the finished result is testament to their commitment. We would absolutely recommend Kitchen Connections at Kotara.

Everyone involved from start to finish were just awesome - the design and manufacturing teams, the trades, all co-ordinated by Mark were just great. Greg who installed the kitchen went beyond the call with some tricky problem solving. What we loved, aside from an exceptional finished product, was that everything was organised for us. These guys installed our robes in 2016 ($6k). We had the need to invoke our warranty. I contacted the MD on the Sunday via email providing a copy of our tax invoice for reference. On Monday I had received several calls from KC to follow up. An appointment was made for Wednesday morning at 10am. A text confirmation was sent to me by KC the day before. Stevie turned up promptly, assessed the situation and fixed it with no mess in just over an hour at no cost. For after sales service, it was textbook. Thank you Kitchen Connection. Just dropped into Kitchen Connection to get a few ideas on updating a 30 year old kitchen. Well we were taken in by their friendly and professional advice and approach. Quick and helpful in house design planner, with a follow up check measure carried out by knowledgeable site manager. All trades involved electricians, plumbers, cabinet installer, bench top, and backsplash were all local tradespersons, and very professional at their workmanship. We are very pleased with the final finish and would recommend Kitchen Connection to anyone needing a new kitchen.
