Extremely comfortable sleep every single night, my partner is a restless sleeper and I never feel her move anymore. I have lower back issues and since purchasing this mattress my back does not ache

We were unsure what to purchase having had our previous mattress for many years and really felt comfortable with it. Our Koala mattress arrived and from day one we were both amazed at how comfortable and supportive it is. We are 110 % sold on Koala and will be purchasing another for our spare room.

We have had our mattress for a couple of months. I liked our old mattress but I sleep much better on the Koala. I can't even tell when my husband turns in bed during the night. We have a hard base and we have not experienced sagging in the middle so far, which did happen with our old mattress (on the same base). It sometimes does get a little warm (not hot) but as soon as I turn over, it cools down again.

The matress has gone soft.
You roll into the hollow.
I have turned it around and over.
I would not buy another one of these ever.
Disappointing to say the least.

This is a decent mattress but the claims about minimal partner disturbance aren't quite right. That and it being too hot are the main reasons I've decided to get rid of it after 6 months.

We have not had our mattress very long but we love it. Our son bought one and swears by this Koala product. He suggested we try it as we needed a new mattress. We have seen immediate improvement in our sleep. It is so comfortable that our sleep in deeper and we find we don’t have to turn over as often. We find it very supportive. We are a retired couple and our joints are not what they used to be. Since sleeping on our new Koala mattress, we wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day. I would recommend this product if anyone is looking for a new mattress. The service was amazing as well. We ordered it one evening and it was delivered the next day. We are out of the metro area so this was most impressive.

My wife and I feel very comfortable with Koala mattress. There is some issues with Koala bed base and Koala supporters are very helpful. The process of returning the bed base is very straightforward. Although there is a miscommunication between me and supporter which they send one person to pick up the bed base and the other person to deliver a new bed base which I don't want. Eventually, my experience of shopping with Koala is very positive.

It doesn't have pocket springs so it's not heavy..noisy..or disturbs partner when you toss or turn...has not lost its firmness and is the best mattress to support body..great for neck and back.

The customer service - 5/5. It's a comfortable mattress, the back/neck issues seem to have stayed albeit not gone worse,too early I suppose.

The delivery of the mattress is very convenient and at first it is great. I’ve now owned it for 2.5-3 years, though, and I have to say that is hasn’t lasted very well. The mattress is sagging in some parts and has lost a lot of its firmness. I am now looking to replace it.

Customer service is amazing but it is unfortunately let down by the product. Our original mattress sagged and was replace free of charge and now our mattress has sagged again. Maybe best as a spare mattress that’s rarely slept on rather than an everyday mattress. Disappointed with product.

My sleep quality has been greatly improved. The mattress has no sagging after 2 months use, and is still nice and firm. It is also very comfortable, have added a topper.

I had to get this mattress replaced due to sagging and it’s also happened with the replacement, causing me significant back pain. I will be asking for a refund now.

Great mattress but when you sleep near the edge it collapses and I nearly fall out of bed. Strange it does not do this on my wifes side? We bought the bed just after christmas 2022 and bought the bed base two days ago in the hope this would stop the sagging at the edge. Unfortunately it did not. I have noticed a significant pain relief in my back though.

Owned for 9 months or so. Queen size.

There is no support if you like sleeping closer to the edge.

Half of the mattress has collapsed in the past few weeks. Now have to go buy another new mattress in under a year.

My old mattress gave me severe back issues so I decided it was time to try something new! A koala mattress! At first I didn’t like it much it was low profile and felt completely different compared to my old pillow top ! ( which was only 7 months old ) I tossed and turned the first night and abit on the second night too after 4 days I thought no this bed is not for me! So I called koala to come pick it up! Booked pick up was a week away so I ordered another brand mattress slept on that for 1 night pulled it off my bed and put my koala straight back! Cancelled my Koala pick up I absolutely love going to bed ! I wake up with zero back pain I have the best most comfortable sleep now ! Highly recommend a koala

After years of poor sleep I've finally been able to get a good 8 hours sleep every night since my Koala mattress arrived. The mattress is supportive without being too firm and yet soft enough to avoid pressure on my hips and shoulders.
The ordering and delivery process was efficient and smooth, being able to order online with same day delivery was fantastic.
I would highly recommend Koala mattresses to all my friends and family.

My back is feeling much better. This mattress is the same where ever you lay .
No signs of sagging .At first i thought it was just too hard, but now i am used to it i am feeling way better in the morning !!!
