Controls totally confusing.
KAHTP20WHTA (White, 2000W)I was lent this by my landlord while waiting for repairs to my gas wall furnace.
It slowly heats a small area. Left on long enough it heats a small room with the door closed.
As others have said, the controls are on a remote control or the touch panel on the heater and the instructions are very confusing. I have had it a week so far and every time I turn it on I battle to get it to start heating.
Crap don't purchase. Stopped working one month after purchase

There is no reset switch. No response from Kogan. The noise is very loud when adjusting. Very annoyed. Go to a reputable retailer and buy another heater.

Terrible. Don’t get sucked in by fake reviews.
KAHTP20WHTA (White, 2000W)I bought this heater with the intention of heating a room to the desired temperature overnight for a newborn baby on the way.
The heater thermostat is completely useless and a sticker on the unit once you open the box even suggest this. It advises setting the temperature to 35 degrees and adjusting! Not something you want to be doing throughout the night.
We have tried setting the unit to temperature ranges in the 20 degree ranges but the heat only trickles out.
We set the unit to 30 degrees and managed to heat the room to 17 degrees!

Stylish, functional heater overall
KAHTP20WHTA (White, 2000W)The heater works fine, it quickly heats my 20 square metre room within 20 minutes or less, starting at 15 degrees and going to 20. It looks stylish and modern. The only problem is that the thermostat is useless. It's totally uncalibrated, so within minutes as the heater warms up it'll show 30 degrees when it's really only 18 or 19. I find it easier just to check my indoor weather station and turn it off manually when I feel warm. ... Read morey got, but it's basically on/off, low/high heat, thermostat, and a timer function. It would be nice if you could turn off the loud, annoying "beep" that sounds after every push of the remote as well. Oh, and most of the heat actually convects upwards out of a grill behind the panel, although the panel itself does get pretty warm too, but not so hot as to burn instantly obviously. For $100 it's good value though.

Useless heater that does not serve the purpose as advertised by Kogan
KAHTP20WHTA (White, 2000W)It is advertised by Kogan as 'warm your home quickly and efficiently' and 'perfect for large room', which are advertising tricks as this heater does not serve as described.
It takes 2-3 hours before you noticing the 'warm' effect, and it does not reach the maximum heat of 35 degree celsius as indicated on the machine, and it hardly warms up a small apartment bedroom. You literally have to stand next to the heater to feel the heat.
