Kogan sent me a link to open a file, not able to open. The reason I cannot view the programs when pressing the Red, Green, Yellow and blue buttons. This FREEVIEW is live streaming and TV catch-up service build directly into the TV's DTV service. Unable to do!

I presume this is the current/updated file. This is the second time it is not downloading. I will appreciate your help. Need my TV during these Covid-19 times.
I have been trying to run the OAD Scan on my TV message comes up "OAD is not available " How can I get my TV firmware updated. The buttons on my remote doesn't interface eg. I VIEW on ABC.
Would like to know where I can buy a remote compatible to this model. Old one got damaged.Thanks.
Hi Simi A, If I were you I would contact Kogan and have them order a replacement for you, or they may know where to get one from. Sorry I can't be of more help to you.

does my TV have optic digital audio out plug
TV turned off to do update can't turn back on no power switch on TV. Remote doesn't work tried unplugging TV And yes have tried new battery's in remote. TV has solid red light. Any suggestions?
