Worked twice then failed, replaced by Kogan

published

The third time we used it halfway through a recipie it stopped and showed error code E00 which is not in the manual. Customer service were not much help but the unit was sent back and replaced by Kogan. It seems like a well made unit but we are unsure about durability as the first unit failed electronically.

Purchased in July 2021.

Are there any videos on how to use this? I purchased a few months ago and the instructions are terrible.

The instructions are a little thin but we love ours and use it often. You can pretty much follow any Thermomix recipe or video. Where it says to use "reverse" swap the blade out for the stirrer and run it on the "OL" setting.

What happened to the rice cooker basket, can we purchase one separately, I am struggling because instruction manuals are not good

I don't think there is one for the Kogan. We found that most Thermomix recipies work fine. Where they call for reverse we swap out the blades for the stirrer and run it on the slowest speed
