How do you remove the cutting blades off of a GZ 327 Kubota zero turn mower?

I'm not familiar with the GZ327 but if it's anything like the ZG222, I just lift the front of the machine off the ground with a cumalong suspended from my shed roof. I then either use a rattle gun to undo the blade retaining bolt in each spindle or otherwise use a socket and t-bar and lock the blade from rotating by jamming a piece of 3x2 timber between the blade tip and the deck. Ensure you keep the washers in the correct order or you'll have issues with the blades slipping.

I have a ZG222. The ZG327 may be different so best consult Kabota on that. The ZG222 Operators Manual recommends removing the deck for blade access, but I lift the deck using the on-board front mounted jack, then jam a block of wood into the blades and undo the blade securing, hex nut. It's a simple task and only takes a few minutes. Think safety though, never trust a jack even though the Kubota model is fairly robust. Always have a block of wood or the like placed under the raised section in case of collapse whilst you are working under.
