7 Day Detox, 14 Day DetoxTerrible
It tasted awful and made me fill sick, could not stomach more than one day on this and another girl at work did manage to do it for 4 days and was sick afterwards and put on the weight she lost plus more.

I lost the 5 extra kilos I put over the new year and Easter period within 7 days of using the lemon detox! I do not believe any other diet that can perform such a feat in such a short time. I highly recommend the lemon detox for anyone who wants to lose weight within a short time or those who want to have a cleanse.
I loved the taste of it and the kick that cayenne pepper provided. I have used it and found it amazingly effective in weight loss and though I was hungry for the first day, the hunger pangs soon disappeared. After being on the diet,...Read more

I wouldnt reccomend this to anyone, if you want to lose weight i suggest eating healthy and excercise as this Lemon Detox diet is just as bad as every other fad diet out there. I lasted 6 days (constant headaches, feeling tired, running to the toilet constantly, feeling bloated from drinking so much water) and have decided I would rather eat only fruit and veges for a week than do this diet again. Lost a couple of kilo's but dont really think the discomfort
Nothing really
The Sea Salt laxative is absolutely sickening, the laxative tea gave me stomach cramps, the drink itself was gag-worthy the whole thing was extremley unpleasant!

I didn't mind the lemon tea as much but the salt drink in the morning made me feel very sick. I felt lethargic and weak. The tea gave me intense stomach cramps all night . Would not recommend it as what every weight you may lose is pure water and will only regain quickly . More of a great way to torture your insides .
The price, the taste, the way it made me feel, don't venture far from a toilet after the lemon drink

Of course people will lose weight on this diet - there is not much being put into the body. I wanted to kick-start the weight loss but thought a detox might prove a good start because the promise of healthy skin and bright eyes was very appealing. In fact this did the opposite for me. I felt tired (which is a pretty normal feeling during any detox as toxins are being flushed out), but I felt this way during the entire detox process and I do not drink or smoke, or even eat takeaway, so I wouldn't have thought I had that many toxins to flush o...Read more
ut! I did lose a couple of kilos only, but the feeling of being hungry and tired with no energy is not advisable to those needing the energy for a busy life, and lets face it, who doesn't have a busy life. After rethinking my bad purchase and having implemented other healthier choices I have realised that the Lemon Detox Diet is a complete waste of time. What's not to dislike? It's a horrible drink, you are not left feeling satisfied at all. This product is also ridiculously overpriced.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

I believe this diet is not for the faint hearted! It is a total cleanse of your body and mind but the end results are definately worth any unpleasantries. I am on my second detox now, the first one I lost 5kg and have kept it off and so far I have lost 2.5kg on this one. This diet is perfect for when you are about to start a new healthy lifestyle plan as it kick starts it and it is also good if you are on a diet and you find your weight loss has reached a plateau. Mind over matter so go for it!

I am on my fourth day of the detox diet and I still get really hungry! I have read the book and every review in there states that they don't get hungry! How can this be? Am I doing it wrong?? Hunger pains do not stop after 3 days! And I am the same I find the night is the hardest. I too have only lost just over 1.5 kg. I thought that I would have lost a bit more by now as I have been drinking the 2 litres each day.
I don't mind drinking the lemon drink, I can tolerate this. I did lose 900 grms in the first day so was happy about that.
Hate drinking the salt water!

Its a great way to cleanse and get your body back to nuetral. From there on its up to you how you want to change or continue your lifestyle.
It requires a little mental preparation, so once you are motivated it easy.
I did lose 8kg in 9 days, but more importantly I kept it off post detox with good sensible eating.
Best thing is you can do the detox once or twice a year and guarantee yourself that you will be cleansed and refreshed.
Quick, Simply and easy after to weave into it.
After completing the program, nothing to dislike. While on the program, I hated cutting up lemons and had to chnage my underwear once as the salt water runs sometimes come without warning.

If you don't have discipline this diet is not for you you. You have to stay positive and in control.
It seems a lot of people are saying that a con is the cost of the diet! It is $100 for 7 days plus about $12 for lemons. To me this is about what you would spend on groceries for one person for seven days, therefore affordable and no time wasted on cooking food!
I found that the salt water drink on the first day was disgusting and hard to drink so I decided to make it in the evening and drink it cold in the morning which I started to enjoy afte...Read more

I am on day four of the detox diet and am still hungry! I don't agree when it says that the hunger stops after day 3. I find night time the worst. I have only lost 1.5kg so far and I would have thought I would have lost more by now. I know it says you can drink the laxative tea but it does not have the same effect as the salt water. This diet is not for the faint hearted. I will write a review at the end as i am hoping to get to 10 days.
The lemon drink is not too bad.
-The salt water. It is the most disgusting thing I have ever had in my whole life.
- Going to the tolilet non- stop for a couple of hours after the salt water.

Sharon Robinsasked
Can I drink the salt water at night rather than morning?
1 answer
Don't drink the salt water, take the detox back and get your money back. It's a scam. 100% false and misleading.
You've been scammed, and you're not the first, nor the last. Please take it back for a full refund.
There is the possibility of physical harm from following the instructions, and there is no benefit at all.
