Within the first 3 months had water leaking from behind control panel, they replaced complete panel, within 6 months back of freezer iced up and could not get water or ice. Problems to the point fridge was replace in first year.
No sooner we had 2nd fridge back of freezer icing up again, they tech came out and removed ice, I have been removing ice build up myself now.
Intermittent fault code on control panel which effects freezer and water dispenser.
Code comes and goes, have to turn power off to reset when code appears.
Poor customer service.

Great temperature controls for veges/meat. The shelves pull out easily so its very simple to clean. Has a handy front opening section to access regularly used items eg. milk, sauces. Freezer is huge, it has lots of space and is very roomy. Only bad thing is magnets don't stick to it!

Great fridge, brought back in 2016 and still going solid. Roomy fridge room and trays for Fruit, eggs and vegetables. Has an oversized tray for you to store food platters. Water filter easy to replace and maintain compared to some. Ice maker and water dispenser easy and convenient to use.

Stylish design with great ice dispenser. However the fridge section seems a little narrow, not enough space to store leftovers. 3 compartments for fruits and vegetables which take up a lot of space. However freezer is spacious and has light. No lock system on the ice maker apart from turning it off. Kids always play with the dispenser. Parts can be removed for a deep clean. You need plumbing to work the water/ice dispenser.

Purchased Dec 2013. Water dispenser is not cold - may as well get it out of the tap. Plastic draws inside cracked in first month. Fast forward to today, lots of cracks and broken rollers - to replace all the broken shelves and draws will cost a small fortune. Ice machine is not filling the whole tray which limits ice production. Stainless steel finish marks easily but does not come off easily. Has put me off buying an LG again. Expensive (but CHEAPLY made).

Huge expense for too many problems. Ice clumbing all the time. Freezer clumps ice if full, especially top freezer trays. Now icing up under deli tray at bottom of fridge and fridge tech thinks the insulation now packing up. Could clear rear drain so tells us likely up for a new fridge. Stainless quality very poor and hard to remove marks. Rust specks appeared in first year.

This is a Great fridge! Lots of room inside, with different draws offering different temperature settings for certain foods. However only small door space for stand upright drinks like milk and juice ect.
Freezer has loads of room for storing food, so great if you get Chrisco every year! Not at all noisy!

It works fairly well. The fridge area is well designed. The water is great for encouraging kids to drink water, although it only produces limited amounts of cold water. The freezer area is okay but the amount of storage is minimal. Like all stainless steel products, it marks easily. These marks clean easily with off the shelf cleaners, leaving the fridge looking great. Overall, very happy with this fridge.

This refrigerator replaces a very large KitchenAid refrigerator. I do miss some space but there's room for a big tray inside and everything else my family needs. I find the stainless steel outside a little difficult to keep clean but the inside works for me. The ice maker never fails, the water is always cold and it's easy to change the filter.

We did have some trouble with the water pipe popping off the back of the fridge after getting it plumbed in. However this was just a result of too much water pressure. Love the door in door easy access!

This lg fridge is big inside However the twin door does not close properly. Its tend to jam between the twin door.
The ice box break down easily. The ice stack and can't get out. The freezer at the bottom is very big and you can put allot of staff.

Beautiful Temp retained. Lovely to look at and use.

I thought I liked it when I saw it in the. The fridge is too small it doesn't fit much in it at all. We only have 3 in our family and it is still not big enough.
The water and ice maker is great but it is just the size of the fridge and freezer.

Great fridge love the ice and water dispenser. Pull out freezer drawers are great although probably cuts down on the amount of space in the freezer. Sometimes ice gets stuck and won't work just make sure you open the dispenser and move the ice cubes to get it working again.

Ice and water work well, we've never run out of ice. Plenty of room in fridge and freeze, 3 separate fruit and veg sections took a bit to get used to. Its quiet to run. Easy to operate. A little disappointed with finger marks on stainless steel, find I'm cleaning it more often.

Firstly the water is NOT cold. Company has given me a few dodgy reasons why this is so but I am not happy. The finish marks every time you touch it so I spend my life cleaning it and it still looks dirty. The two doors is a pain because you can't really open one without the other. Once door has a flimsy flap to overcome this but I can see that breaking very easily. The bottom freezer draw is fabulous. I had a Samsung before this and it was even worse. Next time I will save my money and pay big dollars for the only quality brand in fridges - Mitsubishi.

Purchased this fridge and within the first week the Handel to open fridge broke off on one side. Have been told that this has never ever happened to any of their fridges. They had to replace the entire door which took three weeks for the very next day the other side broke on the new Handel. Tech came out fixed it and it has broken again this weekend. Fridge is not even 3 months old.

Great fridge. Very handy have the fridge at the top, with an ice AND water dispenser. It doesn't need the water filter to be replaced often. Looks nice, never had any problems, and never had any ice issues in the freezer. Lots of room inside. I would definitely buy again.
