It's excellent so far working very well and the size is something else can do blankets and Doonas without any problems..rinses the laundry detergent very well no more powder on your clothes... very powerful and strong love the glass where you can see what's going on...if things gets tangled it's easy to fix..

LOVE my machine :)
So happy we finally made the decision to purchase a bigger machine. After researching and watching the prices for ages we went for it! We got a washer and dryer. It's awesome having the bigger machine and the clothes feel so much cleaner. Best decision we made in buying the machines.

not much has change with newer model LG 9.5KG smart drive top loader RUBBISH
looks great but water level does not cover clothes even if you raise water level does not do it cloth don't turn on large load and tangles up clothes and put the machine into error and stops on rinse cycle forever running back and forth to check cycles runs quiet but needs to be scraped bad buy should have read reviews stupid me

Big on Features which have zero Benefits.
Just focusing on the bad as they completely void any good features.
Auto Lint Clean System. Supposedly the lint is lifted away but it most certainly is not. One reason being the automatic wash level never puts enough water in.
Water efficient. If you let the thing set the water leave automatically I am sure it matches the claims, but in the real world you need to manually set the water level at least two levels higher in an effort to at least get some of the lint to be drained away.

it could be argued it is. Until you try and pull the tangled mass of clothing out. All long sleeve, pyjamas pants, and anything long will be completely knotted up. Pulling and stretching everything to untangle the mess every time in hardly 'gentle on clothes'. Glass lid. Well the glass is very dark and highly reflective, so seeing into the thing means pressing your nose to the glass whilst shading the lid from any direct light with your hand. Also the whole top of the thing is a magnet for dirt and fingerprints. And because the water level needs setting high you will be trying to look in it often.Similar opinion? Looks good but Life is not Good
Bought this machine brand new from Harvey Norman less than than two weeks ago and I have to say, I am a bit dissapointed with it already.
We needed to upgrade to a bigger machine machine to cater for our growing family so we purchased this LG 9.5kg top loader WTG9532VH.
I thought having no agitator would be good and gentle and i loved the glass lid and soft close it had so we bought it.
The nitty gritty: This machine does not wash my clothes properly and they often come out all notted up and it streches my clothes out of shape!! Not very...Read more
happy with it:(. As it has no lint filter, all lint is supposed to go out with the wash water but some lint and stuff like grass and cotton just stays in the drum with the washing and you have to shake it off before hanging. I don't know what to do with it but need it replaced. I think i will go back to one with an agitator. My old machine was a Simpson aqua pluse 5kg Heavy duty top loader with agitator. and it still runs fine even after 22yearrs!! In that time I have never had any clothes come out of it ruined stretched or knotted up like they come out of this machine!
