They sent the wrong colour and would not return it. Asked for numerous photographs to which they said was in fact the correct order.
Don’t buy from this company they have no customer service.

The website is misleading, not based in Australia. Had to ask after 10 days when it will be dispatched. 14 days still no tracking number. Should have read reviews before I purchased. Stressed it will be the worst $400 iv ever spent

I have ordered linen fabric on 2 Feb and since then have been trying to get an answer via email as to when it will be finally dispatched. Looks like I will have to take it up with my back to get my money back.

Kimono wrap took forever to arrive. Colour and length was different to image. The 'Returns & Refund' policy is deceptive, it reads like you can do returns for refund. However in the very last line which you don't read, because you've already read they do returns - has no returns on clothing. They also have that waYYYY down the bottom of the Sizing chart- where no one will see it.
Their customer service is non-existent. I paid $22(Aust) for a post satchel to Hong Kong, only to find they wouldn't return. So now I have a shirt I won't wear and a satchel i can't use. Very expensive exercise for NOTHING.
Surprise, surprise....they only print reviews that are 4 or 5 star.

Purchased some curtains, they were the wrong colour. Customer service has been terrible and it looks like they will ultimately be unwilling to exchange my items, despite what is stated in their returns policy.

This is the worst company to deal with!!! The colour of the product is not as seen on website. Black out blinds are not black out.
Tried to return and was impossible! Phone number does not work, don't reply to emails and it's from Hong Kong not stated anywhere on website. Massive mark ups!!

Linenshed AU website appears to be Australian but isn't, orders shipped from Hong Kong with a significant delay. The colour didn't match my decor so I tried to return. This company has terrible returns policy, you have 48 hrs to request return & your items must make it to Hong Kong within 7 days of receipt! Return paperwork in parcel does not state this & when I finally found it buried on the website it was too late. Answer from customer service was 'sorry', nothing they can do! I would be happy to exchange but this is not even an option. Beware before ordering as it's basically impossible to return & postage to Hong Kong too expensive to justify.
