We offer 2 breakfast options and 3 lunch options everyday of the menu, including a vegetarian lunch option, so there will always be a meal without pork to choose from. Simple select the specific meals you'd like when ordering. We do not currently have a low carb offering. Our menu is designed to met the Australian Dietary Guidelines for healthy eating.

Is it true that Lite'n'Easy is going to start doing deliveries on Sunday, if so, that's absolutely disgusting, people need family time, I just can't believe that any person would think this was a good idea. More than likely some pencil pushet that works nine until three five days a week and gets paid a small fortune, doesn't get up at two am. Every working day, rain hail or shine, doesn't try to park a truck in the central business district, where the is NEVER parking or loading zones, office staff who have absolutely no regard for drivers, with dumb questions and never a thought for what is actually happening. Just maybe all staff should do two weeks with a driver before given office jobs. Are the office staff goingmto be working on Sundays as well, I think not and when is the food going to be prepared. I really don't belive that Sunday deliveries is advantageous to anyone, isn't it just moving already ordered deliveries

I can't work out how to order for myself and my husband on the website. When I add him as a member and try to order a delivery for the same day as mine it says I will cancel the existing order?
Ignore that. It will only cancel the existing order if you create a new order for the same member. Create your order for the other family member and all will be good.
Can I thaw out any of the frozen meals before I put it in the microwave? Or do I have to reheat it straight from freezer?
Frozen meals should not be thawed but are designed to be delivered straight from freezer to microwave.

Orders are not picked up but delivered only. Deliveries are once a week with the day determined by where you are located...assuming you are in a delivery area. You cannot pick which day of the week you will receive your delivery.

Menus do change with the seasons…but not substantially. Some items are removed and replaced with different ones.
