#86637 please inform me if this item is coming . It has been 4 weeks and was told it was coming last week. Still have not received. As it is a teacher gift. Our teacher is leaving and I won't be able to give it to them. :(

I ordered on the 10th October and still havent received the personalised gift for my daughters teacher either. Dont hold your breath. Im about to give up hope I will ever receive my order

Me too. I spent $100 on teachers gifts 2 months ago and still nothing. My kids are finishing school this week and one has already finished kinder. Not happy

It is ridiculous! The worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I've essentially had my money stolen.

I placed an order back in January and have yet to receive my package.
The online store has a gorgeous collection and I have bought from here previously.... and although I needed to chase up all previous orders a month or two after I had placed the order, I actually got a response and I eventually got my purchases.
My current order (when I say current it was over 2 months ago in January) is a joke! I have rung the company at least half a dozen times, left voice messages, written countless messages via email. I have messaged through IG and Facebook and have been blatantly ignored. Although, whoever is running their IG and FB feed is very active, posting countless posts a day... yet not bothered to communicate paying customers.
My question is, when am I going to get my purchase? When are you going to honour paying, disappointed customers (my purchases were intact, suppose to be a significant gift to mark my eldest child’s first day at school and my youngest child’s first birthday)
In fact, I don’t even want the items anymore, I have had to purchase elsewhere, leaving me out of pocket and really annoyed, I am demanding a refund.
2 months is bloody disgraceful!!!

So disappointed with this company. Have spent nearly $200 on Christmas Eve boxes and a sign. Ordered in October still nothing has arrived. Have sent email and 2 facebook messages and nothing in return. Also called left a msg. Called again went to message bank and tried again unable to call it.
I just want an answer or a refund. It's ridiculous. I need to know if I should be trying to find boxes elsewhere?

Why does Little Boo Teek not answer customer enquiries, either on email or the phone. What is the point of having a contact mobile number and email address if no one answers your questions?

I finally received my order, 4 weeks after I placed my order. 4 days after I lodged a paypal dispute, they finally responded via paypal dispute resolution. Apparently she had been sick. Appalling customer service. :(
Oh so one minute you never received your goods and the next she was sick and your order arrived late - interesting!
I've been buying from Little Boo-Teek since they opened - EXEMPLARY customer service at all times! We really do need to continue supporting mum and dad organisations or the major corporates will devour us all! A little bit of slack goes a long way ladies!
