Worst customer service and poor quality
Ordered a T-Rex lamp. Was very happy when it arrived. Within 6 months the lamp base started to pull away from the rest of it when I put it on charge, and in 10 months it no longer held a charge and will only work plugged in. I've tried contacting via email, Facebook chat & instagram chat - there were literally MONTHS between replies. They then told me they'll send a new one. I've been told this on 2 separate occasions now that it's being sorted since November 2022 and still nothing - can't blame the postie on this one. 5 months since the replacement was "being sent".

Horrendous customer service! Never got my order or money back!!!
I ordered an item on 2/02/2020 and after several emails and fb msgs I have not got a reply for weeks or a refund just excuses! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!

Worst customer service EVER!
Would not recommend ordering from this business! Ordered in February for a birthday at the end of March. No items sent. Sent email. Super fast response that the item I ordered was “pre order” apparently and was longer than normal but my items would be shipped soon. Fair enough maybe I missed that in the website.
Expected date came and went. Multiple emails sent, no response at all. Have tried calling the number can never get through.
Now in April - 1 month since I needed the items. 2 months since I ordered!

Extremely poor customer service
Ordered chalk Books well in advance as Easter gifts after multiple phone calls, emails and messenger messages sent I was told product was not packed into order. Promise of it being sent was all hot air, stay away from this company. Worst customer service ever. It is now 5 weeks

Terrible customer service for every order
To begin with, I’m disappointed that I have to leave such a terrible review. I’m one for spreading kindness but I also don’t want anyone being stuck in the position I’m in.
I’ve ordered from this store twice and the first time it took several emails (With no response) and took about 2 months to receive my order.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt, as I do believe they have beautiful products, and made another order in February including items for Easter.

The worst customer service
I'm generally not one for leaving reviews unless they are good. But on this occasion I'm doing it. The customer service from this company is appalling. I emailed several times re my order that was past the date it was due to be shipped. No response. I emailed again to cancel order and request a refund. Still no acknowledgement just an email a few days later to say order was on its way. Why did it take me wanting a refund to get my order? The overall lack of customer service was amongst the worst I've come across. And this was my second experience of this (my mum had similar issues with a gift she purchased for me., it took 3-4 months to come!) they are very quick to take your money not in such a hurry to get you what you paid for.

Nonexistent customer service
Would you just answer your emails or your phone??!! It has been 4 weeks that I’ve been trying to get in touch and not a SINGLE response from this company

Helped with a faulty lamp. Even got a telephone call with an apology. Local in Research VICTORIA.
They have got lots of bad reviews as after the bush fires lots of items couldn't get there on time. Just impatient people that were being unreasonable.
I had a faulty lamp & the employee or owner rang me up to apologise (with an Australian accent - this is not an overseas importer). Happy to give me a refund and I'm happy to buy again.

Appalling customer service
After several attempts to call you customer service line, two follow up emails, a Facebook message, a Facebook post and waiting over two months for a reply, I am writing on here as a last resort in the hopes of being acknowledged. I’m absolutely appalled at the lack of customer service.

SCAM STORE
Where are our products?! Does this business even exist?! I’ve been waiting for WEEKS and have yet to receive a single correspondence from the company. I’ve been emailing them every other day. All they do it post on social media to entice new clients when they can’t even fulfil current orders. Scrolling through the comments, I have seen that only 1% of the customers got their products.... AFTER much difficulties, and it’s not even guaranteed the right product

Absolutely appalling service
These people are happy to take your money but do not deliver the product..
When you try to contact them they make no effort to reply or correspond. When you finally have had enough and threaten to report them low and behold someone has time to speak to you.
They blame everyone else for your product not arriving. They seem to "have difficulty" getting in touch with their own designers as to where your product is. That's even if they sent your design off in the first place.
You get the run around for months with excuse upon excuse.

e product. Other times you offered it it was the same deal. "Maybe it's just best if I cancel your order and refund it" but in all those times you weren't chasing up my order. You kept saying that it should've gotten to me by now, you will try to contact your designer. You were waiting on replies from your designers. But you can not tell me that you can not get hold of your design team in over a month. You offered a different design after you already said that my design was done and should be sent off. Clearly it wasn't done otherwise I wouldn't be getting a completely different design offered. I declined that too as the design that was offered was anything close to, nor anywhere as nice, as the design that I ordered and should've been completed ages before. Compulsive Liar
Seller will ignore several emails and phone calls. Seller will delete comments on their Instagram posts. They will reply asking what your order number is and weeks apart state that it’s on back order or ‘will be’ sent out in a certain amount of days. Those days will lapse with nil correspondence. Seller spends more time replying to product reviews and deleting comments as they are only taking everyone’s money without actually having the products.

Didn’t receive item; no reply
After 2 MONTHS and countless unanswered emails, I finally told them that I would no longer be chasing them with the outstanding order. They therefore have until end of the week to response, or I would contact my bank and dispute the transaction and lodge a complaint with ACCC. IMMEDIATELY, they replied with some pathetic excuse which I didn’t bother to read, and offered a refund. For anyone else waiting for their order or ANY response, I suggest threatening to dispute your transaction with your bank or through PayPal as item not received. Then follow up with a complaint to ACCC - the more complaints made against this company, the faster an action can be taken against them

Why don’t you go through your email and find the 80 emails that I’ve sent?? And go reply other customers’ emails too while you’re at it. You only response to public forum like this because you’re just worried about your bad reviews

Won’t be ordering again
Received order by post and it’s completely wrong. No note included, no invoice, nothing. I ordered the miniature bird kites as part of a gift for a child who likes birds. I included a note asking for 3 different designs as the website said there was 3 bird designs and one would be selected at random. Instead I got 3 aeroplanes. Waste of money.

Didn’t provide item and didn’t refund money
I purchased two items from this online store prior to Christmas. One item was received but I had to chase the second item. The store advised they were flat out and had run out of stock. I requested a refund via PayPal (my method of payment) and they said they couldn’t adjust the amount. In the end I had to elevate to PayPal and somehow the response from PayPal is the item I received was significantly different and they refused a refund. To this day I’ve been charged for an item (milestone cards) that I didn’t receive and they kept my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!

Dont waste your money
I have bought from this store three times now. Never again. You want to help out small companies so you give them a go but honestly it's just not worth it sometimes.
They deliver late, and that's if you even get your order.
They "miss" your order or just don't do it then blame everyone else. They apparently can't get hold of the designer they use for their products when you enquire about your purchase that is months late. Their communication is atrocious. One month to receive item from Melbourne to Sydney
I usually don't ever leave reviews but this is the worst online shopping experience of my life. One month it took for them to ship an item from Melbourne to Sydney. Seems from looking at other reviews this is an ongoing issue for this company. I will never buy from them again advise shoppers to beware.
